I can't fault SR Motor Group, it was a quick, smooth transaction, everything seems very well organised at the dealership. My purchase was a Jaguar XF - very happy with it. I'm a trained mechanic, so I know what I'm looking out for etc and the car is mechanically sound - really happy.

I have purchased from SR motor Group before, they have a forecourt close by to where I live, which is handy. I was looking to upgrade my Ford Kuga, I wanted something newer, updated and better condition. My first port of call was to see what SR had in, ironically, they had a Kuga, it ticked all the boxes and I would rather buy from here, I have done previously and always been very happy. The dealer was very accommodating, they did everything they possible could for us, really went above and beyond. The dealer allowed me to take the car for an afternoon to get a feel for it. They put a fresh 12 months MOT on the car and also did a full service before we collected. The dealership gave me the keys to look around and never once applied any pressure, I felt comfortable and they allowed me my own time, it was very relaxed and laidback. I'm loving the car, its perfect, I'm really enjoying driving it (when I can). My son and daughter have also purchased from SR too - we all recommend to anybody looking to buy a new car with top class customer service! (I purchased my car before the lockdown restrictions were in place)

We found the Mini online with SR Motor Group, although the Mini was described very well, I didnt have massive expectations. We had a budget and a small criteria, the Mini seemed to tick all of this. We bought the car online and did all communication over the phone and the customer service was brilliant. The dealer answered all my questions very well. the car was delivered on time, it was exactly as described and what we expected - very happy over-all. The dealership, service and car exceeded expectations.

Sam at SR Motor Group was absolutely brilliant, he couldn't do enough for me. I did buy a car from SR a few years back which is why I came back this time. I also recommend SR Motor Group to my father in law, and he has just sold his car to them and bought a new one - he's really happy with it. The Renault Scenic I bought is immaculate inside and out, its in great condition and is perfect for us. We had a small issue with the car but SR took the car back and got it sorted for us - I can't fault anything they have done, its been brilliant through-out.

The whole sale was handled very well, professionally, quickly and the salesman showed lots of interest in our needs. The showroom was very clean, hand sanitising stations everywhere, very covid-safe! I bought a BMW X5 the car is fantastic, very very pleased with it. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase through SR Motor Group again in the future.

Very very happy with my new Hyundai, I wasn't sure which model I was going to buy, but I'm very glad I chose the ix35 - its fantastic. A great car, its big and spacious, lovely to drive, very good handling and most importantly - its comfortable when driving. Sr Motor Group were great when I bought it. They always rang me with updates, and very kind and friendly. I would happily purchase from here again in the future.

SR Motor Group provided a very good service, it was nice and quick, the communication was good, I was kept updated through-out. I really can't complain at all, it was a smooth and simple process. I bought the VW Golf in November, the dealership had put every measure in place to ensure it was Covid-safe, it was a safe, contact free pick up. The car is fab! I'm really enjoying it, its a very nice car. I would happily recommend my friends and family to buy a car from here.
