I went to Swindon to view a car at a different dealership, I saw the car and went away to think about it. On the off chance I searched the area for other dealerships/cars and saw that SR Motor Group were 10 mins away, and had a Vauxhall Insignia in stock. I called and asked if I could come and view it, they got the car ready for me and let me take it for a test drive. He told me I could test drive for as long as I wanted, I took it for at least 2 hours, got a real good feel for the car. It drove brilliantly, and was just what I was looking for. When I got back Simon was fantastic, he was helpful, answered all my questions. I agreed the sale and the guys got things sorted really quickly for me. This car was by far a much better value than the other. A really nice experience over-all. The car is great, I'm chuffed with it. I highly recommend SR Motor Group, they went above and beyond to cater for me with such short notice, nothing was too much. It was hassle-free, laid back and not pushy. I will be back when I'm in the market for something else.

This is the 2nd car I've bought from Sr Motor Group in Swindon, the guys there are great. Very accommodating and helpful. They always seem to have exactly what I'm looking for, this time I bought a lovely Mercedes-Benz M Class, its in top condition, pretty much new, low mileage and they ensured it was clean and tidy when I collected. I will continue to recommend the guys down there, and I'll be back when ready for another.

My Wife and I are so very pleased with our new car, the staff at SR Motor Group were very very good. They had exactly what we wanted and the deal was done quickly. I am very impressed with them. Our new Toyota Verso is brilliant, lovely to drive and we are both enjoying it. I will use SR Motor Group in the future to buy another car.

I couldn't fault the dealership at all, the chap that dealt with me was excellent, he was knowledgeable and accommodating. The whole process was smooth and easy. I bought a Peugeot 407, I've not managed to drive it much, but it's running great. I've had no problems at all with the car, its ticking along nicely. I would happily buy from SR Motor Group again, I will be recommending them to others.

I'm pleased with SR Motor Group, I bought my car and the next day I had an issue, I called the dealership and they said to bring it back in, they ordered the part and got this sorted straight away - after sales service was perfect. When I was buying the BMW 5 Series the dealer was helpful, and very good. I would recommend to family and friends. Now the car is fixed it's really nice and I'm enjoying it.

SR Motor Group provides very good customer service, they explained everything to me properly, and answered all my questions. The gave me lots of information and advise on the car, and its been really helpful. The customer service is to a high standard and they look after the customer. I had my Audi A1 checked over after buying it and its all in great condition - I'm very happy. I will return when I need a new car, I will recommend to family and friends.

I'm very happy with my Nissan Qashqai its a lovely car, driving very well and very comfortable. The staff at SR Motor Group in Swindon were helpful and very patient. They let me test drive and decide on the car I wanted, and didn't rush me. I will look at SR again when I'm looking for a new car.

I applied for finance and the finance company put me in touch with SR Motor Group, I bought a BMW 1 Series and I absolutely love it. Its so nice to drive, I'm really enjoying it, its a massive upgrade compared to what I was driving. The guys at the dealership were very good, really helpful and answered all questions I had. I bought a Volkswagen Polo a couple of weeks ago, I've really enjoyed driving the car, its brilliant, I've not had any problems with it, its been great. The customer service was really good, the dealer was helpful and friendly. They talked me through everything and sorted documents etc. There was no pressure or pushiness, they gave me the time I wanted, and allowed me to come to a decision. Over-all a nice experience, I would buy again from SR Motor Group in the future, I have already recommended them to a friend and will recommend to anybody looking for a lovely car with great customer service.

I was looking for a vehicle for work purposes, I didn't want to spend a fortune, I just needed something reliable. I bought a Mercedes-Benz C Class, its great, I've driven it up and down the country a few time and its handled the journeys very well. I've never bought a 2nd hand car from a non-franchised dealer in the past, but I was highly impressed with SR Motor Group. They were professional, helpful and got things sorted very quickly. I had an issue with the coolant leaking, I contacted SR and they booked me in to have a new water pump fitted. They got this sorted promptly and with no issues at all - the dealer was very happy to help. For the age, mileage and condition of the car, it was a great price, very happy with it. I was a pleasant experience and I would happily buy another car from them again.
