I purchased my R8V10 Coupe in May 2020 using the very new ‘Contactless’ process due to covid19. I dealt with Scott from start to finish and he was just perfect. No pressure, different options on Ceramic Glaze, warranty, finance all at competitive pricing. Because of covid19 I took a risk by not having a test drive however, no worries there as the car is just perfect. Scott knew the car inside out. I am also very pleased with the Ceramic Glaze with 5 year guarantee. I have to say it was such an easy car purchase, with everything done via email / electronic signature and telephone calls. I recently bought an Audi from them on 02/03/20 on arrival I checked same over and found pure oil coming from the exhaust pipes, I then checked the High pressure fuel pump cam follower which is famous for wear and yes the follower was worn and the cam lobe scored this inspection only took 15 mins . It was explained to me that they had the car inspected before sale, maybe so but strange they never found oil flowing from exhaust pipes and his independent never carried out the cam follower wear (this is VW specialist and MOT Independent garage) . I was told that I would have an insurance policy of £2500 for 6 months this swayed me to buy the car then on the very last day I was told sorry but because the age of your car its only £1000 I took same because I trusted the reviews, how wrong I was. I was then told I could go to the insurance company I told them the £1000 would not cover labour never mind parts for engine strip and replace camshaft also the oil coming from the exhaust is a separate issue piston rings more like, also I explained to them when the Insurance warranty asks how many miles have you done and how long have you owned the car and I say 20 yards and 1 day, I am sure they will take pity on me and tell me just go to your local garage we will sort everything for you (I don't think so). So to say I am disappointed is an under statement I wish I never put all my trust in this Company. They think by using independent's dissolves them of any blame !

Just bought the I30N from Scott, a very smooth process, much smoother than what can be experienced in a main dealer, very easy to deal with, 5*s in my book

SRK Specialist Cars are an extremely professional dealers in every respect. Every vehicle I saw in their showroom was absolutely immaculate, including the vehicle I purchased. The level of service was second to none and very importantly this has included their after sale service. I experienced a couple of minor issues soon after the purchase which was not the fault of SRK and also not covered under the warranty, yet Scott still went to great trouble to try and help me resolve the issues, which I did. I can thoroughly recommend SRK.
