From start to finish, the entire experience was an absolute pleasure, Scott and his team accommodated all our requests. They handled the Personalised number plate transfer and all the other associated tasks prior to handover. The handover itself was seamless. I traveled to Milton Keynes on the train where i was greeted by one of the team and driven back to the showroom, there, for the first time i unveiled my car from a black cover, i have never experienced this level of detail before, even from a main dealer. SRK provide an outstanding service from beginning to end. They gave me the best part exchange offer. The car looked as good (if not better) than it had done in the excellent online photos.
