Enquired about a VW golf for sale and when asked about SH I was told it had 3 services with main VW dealer. When I enquired this with VW they could of confirm 1 service by them. I then ran this by Alistar and said to me that I didn't ask the right questions to VW thats why they didnt give you full info which is a load of sh**e to me as VW are very open with giving SH and then quickly hung up the phone as to avoid me asking further questions. AVOID STERLING MOTORS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

From my very first enquiry to purchase at Sterling Motors I found Stuart helpful. He gave me a completely honest description of the car as I was many hundreds of miles away, he picked me up from the airport and helped me through the sales process. All in all a very smooth transaction. I am delighted with my car, which represented the best value for money in the country, it was spotless and in superb clean condition. It's a great little drive and I am really pleased with it. I would definitely fly up and buy future cars from Sterling.

From when I submitted an online enquiry to buying the car, I can honestly say that the service from the guys at Sterling was nothing less than first class. There was never any pressure, we were given the keys to the car we liked for a test drive and just told to go drive it. Once we'd decided that it was exactly what we wanted, closing the deal was totally hassle free. Would I buy from Sterling again? Yes, yes I would and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alistair is rude and unhelpful I asked for a call back and I was told i would get a call back in five minutes and two hours later I had to call them back Really unhelpful I would never use these people again never So rude just hang up on me

Bought a car from this dealer at beginning of March and have been really happy so far! Laurence was extremely helpful as I had lots of questions and criteria which I wanted them to meet before I would agree on the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service and I am confident if I have any issues they will resolve them . I travelled 70 miles for the car and it was worth it!
