I echo the other reviewers' comments; this is an awful dealership that I would not recommend to anyone. I bought a car with numerous problems that were not evident before I made the purchase, I had to call and chase for months to get the smallest of things addressed, and the car was advertised as FSH yet had no history (this only became evident after the sale). When I queried the FSH, they said that Mercedes held it all on an electronic database but it transpires that there are no records for my car. My biggest gripe is the persistent and incessant lies told by the sales people (I don't use those words lightly). All in all, I had a horrible experience and am left with a car that has multiple problems that Sterling Motors refuse to address.

I got a problem with the door mirror on Ford Kuga that Sterling Motors promised to fix it. WE sent emails, also rang them several times but they just fob you off. Dont buy a car from them is my advice.

Terrible place, garage owned by 4 partners, all of them seasoned con men. Vehicles overpriced. They offer refundable deposits if you do not want the vehicle but will not refund you anything at all. They will lure you in with a smile to get money off you to hold a vehicle but if it's not what you thought things will turn sour. Avoid at all costs.
