I'm so glad Alex rang me when she did, she was doing a courtesy call and explained that the Q3 we currently owned had positive equity in it, I would have never thought that was the case, so it meant if we wanted to upgrade we wouldn't have to put anything down as a deposit, it was just a straight swap with nothing upfront. When I first started out driving Audi's I started with a Q3, then I changed to an A3, then I went back to a Q3 and now I've just upgraded to another A3. Its a brand new 23 plate A3, it is a brilliant, I am so happy with it and love everything about it. Alex is so lovely, her customer service is outstanding, she will bend over backwards for you and will always return emails and phone calls, great communication and organisation. I recommend visiting Alex at the Stoke branch if you are looking to get more information and a great deal on a new Audi.

I always but from Stoke Audi when I want a new car, I've always had next to new cars usually around 6 months old, but this time for the first time ever I have gone for a brand new Q5 and I am totally over the moon with it. Dan's customer service was fantastic, and the after sales has been brilliant too, I've had follow ups to check I'm happy and chance to ask any questions if I wasn't sure about anything. Just an over-all fantastic A* service.

This has got to be the 4th/5th Audi A3 I have had, and its certainly the best one yet! I love everything about the car, the drive, the comfort and the look of it. My old A3 was a 69 plate, and upgrading to a 23 plate has been such a difference, its such a lovely car. I have dealt with Alex at Audi a few times now and I must say her professionalism and attention to detail to immaculate - she is a fantastic saleswoman, and nothing is too much trouble for her. Since my recent A3 purchase - I've been back in contact with Alex and she is kindly helping my Husband find an A3 too! She has been really helpful with it, it will be a pleasure dealing with her again.

I had an RSQ8 a year or so ago and what a car it is! I wanted to swap it and try something new so I went for a Defender 110, and again a very very nice car, especially with the 5 litre engine behind it. I loved the car but after nearly a year I really missed the RSQ8 feel. I went on the hunt for one to explore options and finding one was very difficult to say at the least! At last I found the perfect black RSQ8 with Stoke Audi, it was exactly what I wanted. I very quickly got the Defender up for sale and left a holding deposit on the RSQ8 - I wasn't missing out on it. The sale was carried out brilliantly by Dan, the salesman I dealt with. Although I knew the car like the back of my hand, Dan still provided excellent information and detail. Dan was able to get the car prepared to the very best standard and ready for my collection within a day or two of first enquiring. I am loving being behind the wheel of it, and I don't think I will be looking swap to something else for a while now. The car is an absolutely machine, the performance is unreal, the interior is superb and lets be honest, its very easy on the eye! I couldn't be happier with my whole experience and would happily deal with Dan and Stoke Audi again in the future without hesitation.
