Stoneacre sold me a car which pulled to the left after driving for an hour or two. Went to several garages to try and fix this, Stoneacre agreed to cover the cost of this. Garages unable to fix it and Stoneacre refused to take the car back. Stoneacre did however agree to reimburse me the cost of the garage visits. But it then took EIGHTEEN MONTHS of me phoning and emailing over & over & over, for them to finally reimburse me. Was just one terrible excuse after another and got nowhere for so long. Had to contact the CEO in the end. Absolutely would NOT recommend this company. Their aftercare is atrocious!!

Arranged an appointment to meet Edward around midday at Stoneacre Stoke about a Golf. I turned up on a wet Sunday but he was not there. I have since had an explanation for this - he went to pick up a vehicle and ran into issues so did not get back until 12.30. What is funny is that I was there well beyond that but none of his colleagues thought to tell him that someone had turned up to see him. He then thought I had not turned up or had found a car somewhere else. I was received by a not so approachable salesman who said Edward was out picking up a vehicle and should be back in 20 minutes or so. After determining which vehicle I was here to see, he walked me down to an alternative site. Once there, he advised that I could have a look around the vehicle but would not be allowed to take it for a test drive as he has a "customer booked in later". Furthermore, he then had to head back to the other site but would send someone to see me. By the arrival of the next salesman the experience was already distasteful. I didn't see the point in the salesman or myself being there if the vehicle was off limits. This salesman then decided I could take it for a test drive and that he would get some fuel first (albeit the car came back still empty!). It was a Golf GTE but no one thought of charging the battery for the appointment. Following the test drive I went through various questions I had and ascertained that the vehicle would come with a 12 month warranty. Although the advert claimed service history, Edward had already advised over the phone that there wasn’t any. He did say that Stoneacre Stoke had carried out 2 previous services on the vehicle so I presumed there would be evidence of this available, none was provided. When I asked about finance, the salesman advised that a 40% deposit would be required to get 24 months 0% finance. I was happy to proceed with all this. Some time had passed by now and I did ask the salesman to check with the other site whether Edward was back to which he advised "He hadn't been in at all and was not due in today". The salesman then went into the office and returned with I presume his manager who now said that 0% finance would not be available on the vehicle. All in all, a farce. I would not describe any of the experience as decent customer service (it really does not hurt to smile and it uses less muscles). Maybe I caught them on a bad day or maybe they just thought I was there for tyre kicking.

Unbelievable went in to buy a Peugeot 3008 Saw 2 cars I liked at around 20k each So I ask the salesman and i use the term salesman lightly, as a sales executive myself with a International company with branches in 96 countries, and use to running a sales team I do know sales people. This guy couldn't give me figures when I asked him. I was asked to take a seat d he would take my details and email me. I said can you do it now he said 'no' I said 'so I've come in here to spend £20k and you can't give me figures' He said that's how they do it. These people need to recognise windows of opportunity, when people want to buy you sell and close the sale. Don't let them walk out like I did. There plenty of other people to buy off.

Just purchased a 3008 Allure from Stoneacre in Stoke. Having looked around at many garages,and not had good experiences, went to Stoneacre Peugeot, Stoke where Simon made the whole experience enjoyable. He was attentive knowledgeable, called when he said he would. Even called a couple of days after my purchase and this was with a second hand car - well done Simon!!! Paid £6000 for a suzuki swift from Stoneacre Stoke, it took 3 weeks to get it and when i did it hadnt had bodywork done as promised, it hadnt been washed or polished and still had grease round the wheels where it had had 2 new tyres it was filthy inside because they hadnt valeted it either. If your moneys hard earned dont spend it here. Wrote to head office and they didnt even have the courtesy to reply, not surprised though. I bought a car that looked like it had come from a car auction not a car showroom.
My brand new 3008 GT Line from Stoneacre Stoke arrived within 2 Weeks! Very impressed with the service I received from Karl, from helping me choose colour and model to handing me the keys and explaining all the controls- there are Lots of them! My deco IBD car from stone acre. I would highly recommend my friends and family. Thank you Karl.
