The whole experience was hassle free and Andy was very professional in his approach. The car was serviced to RAC warranty standard and no problems after a couple of weeks.

The Nissan X-Trail is great, we had a hiccup in the first month, but it was all rectified and sorted. I was looking for it specifically as my family is expanding and we need a 7-seater now. The first time I was at the garage I dealt with Mark the Mechanic, he was friendly enough to check through the car with me and everything. During the sale I dealt with Andy who was great.

I saw the Ford Connect come up on social media and it was the type of van I was looking for. It was nice, in a good condition and ticked all the boxes. I mostly dealt with any and he was top class.

It’s been absolutely great! The Ford Connect ticked all the boxes, I told Andy over the phone if the van was as described I was buying it, and it was. The friendliness and honesty from Andy were great! Both are important when you’re spending a bunch of money. I walked in there and he we had a little chat, he handed me the keys, and he said if you wanna know anything, just ask.

Andy was brilliant, he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want! The whole experience at Stow Car Company was brilliant, the service we got from them was fantastic, absolutely brilliant, I couldn't complain. The attention to detail from them was great, even the screw covers on the reg plate are colour matched properly, and I’ve got to say that even the toilets were spotless!

All is going good with the Ford connect at the moment. I don’t think my experience with Stow Car company could have been any better as everything went extremely well!

Very pleasant, easy going and straightforward process. Would recommend.
