Terrible customer service upon requesting a refund the sale rep Nathan Bedford was too busy to speak with me despite being available every time when I was purchasing a vehicle as soon as it was regarding a refund he was never available to take or return any calls. A month later I still haven’t been refunded despite providing details in email. Absolutely abysmal service I would recommend that you use another Land Rover dealer if you require transparency and a good service.

Having been in touch with leasing companies mainly as i considered it less pressurised than a face to face dealer, I took the initiative to contact Landrover main dealer for a comparison. My enquiry was handled by Andrew Wilson and can not fault the service I received. I initially had zero intention of purchasing via JCT and was purely looking around at the model I was considering. Andrew was not in the slightest pushy, working in the new Covid considerate way, he matched the deal I had elsewhere and sourced the colour I wanted within hours. He dealt with my private plate transfer, the finance options, handover and after sales was seamless. Not so scary after all! Highly recommend
I have just completed my purchase of a new Velar from Nathan Bedford of JCT600 Landrover Doncaster. Nathan has been very professional throughout and his attention to detail is excellent. I have no hesitation recommending both Nathan and JCT600 Doncaster.

Just picked new discovery sport today 9/9/19 and cannot praise steve and sunny enough great service from the start to finish of the deal would recommend JCT600 Land Rover in Doncaster any time
I visited today as My recently bought Range Rover Evoque (under warranty) had an electrical fault with the charging ports and sensor to open boot . To my surprise I was met with the poorest customer service ever! I couldn’t believe that it was such a chore for the woman who was serving me to book my car in to be seen. It was like she wanted me to go elsewhere . I had to remind her my car was under warranty ! Which she felt she had to check . She was distracted the whole time . When I asked whether I get a courtesy car whilst work is being done she informed me it would be mid May or I could go to the Sheffield Land Rover ! I am starting to rethink why I have bought from Land Rover if this is what I will have to put up with for the next few years . I dread to come in for services which I am entitled to . I am seriously considering returning the car as I’m still in the 30 day period !

Arrived at JCT600 Doncaster for pre-arranged appointment at 1pm to find saleman (Jason) busy with another customer who had apparently arrived late for their appointment. Jason spent a rushed couple of minutes with me and handed me some keys to look at a car then went back to deal with the other customer. An hour later....yes an hour and I'm still waiting with no further communication/interaction. By this point I'd had enough and went to return the keys. Annoyingly I found who I assume was the Sales Manager sitting in his office! Furious is an understatement after travelling an hour for this appointment. AVOID!

Salesman in the end great, was initially met by a rather rude lady who was only interested in selling a brand new range rover not a used one even though we were cash buyers. The car I had seen on stratstones website was seemingly in a compound, but when we went to view in the compound, somebody had gone and moved it to the salesroom (lack of communication,disorganised). The car was filthy not been valeted, had a drive out seemed fine assured it would be pristine on purchase. Informed a few days later that one of the stratstone team had reversed it and damaged rear tail gate so would not be ready asked for a reduction in the price was declined this but how could we be sure this would be replaced and not repaired. When due to collect further hiccup car still not ready 2 technicians working on it Told the dealers enough was enough, we no longer wished to purchase and went and bought one elsewhere for less cash and less hassle.
I would like to thank Adam Simpson of Mercedes Benz Doncaster for the great experience we had when buying our new car,Adam has a very good knowledge of all the Mercedes Benz range which made this easy to choose a car.
