I’ve been looking for a Golf for some time, so it was great to finally find what I’d been looking for. Having not purchased a car for about 12 years, it was a bit of a shock to find how much they’ve changed; i.e. keyless start, electric handbrake, so much happening automatically, but they took me for a test drive and gave great explanations around all the workings, and clearly knew their stuff. I was expecting some usual salesman patter to ‘persuade’ me to buy, but I was completely able to take my time to think it over. The car itself is great value for money and that, coupled with the great service, which included a full valet, was what made me choose the car. There was even a scag on one of the seats, which they sorted. Will definitely buy from them again the future.

Great service from Martin, I contacted him from Surrey about a car I was interested in and he sorted everything out and the car was delivered the next day. I will recommend Martin and Surecar Direct Bristol.

Bought my mercedes from these guys and they were very helpful throughout the process I would be happy to buy from them again, the owners manuals and bumf about the audio etc was missing from the veh I have asked for a replacement but unfortunately they have not been able to find it

Seen a car advertised, went there and was looking at the car, with deposit ready, someone else turned up while looking at the car to see the same one and I was told to wait in the waiting room, while they looked at the car, Then told take a card and call back tomorrow to see if still available, ofcourse it was sold.

I purchased a car for my wife Kia Sportage, The customer service was 10 out of 10, when I arrived i could see that this was a very well run business. I don't normally buy straight away, But This car garage really felt trustworthy and no pushy salesman which I have experience in other car garages, They also did all the minor details on the car and made sure I was hundred percent happy before I drove away. Surecar Direct were extremely helpful, we got stuck in traffic on way to view a car and they stayed open and waited for us, we never felt rushed or pressured. When I purchased my car they was very helpful with sorting the details and they even taxed my car for me and assisted in all paperwork. Explained everything very clearly and made buying a car stress free and easy, and the car was everything the advert said and more. Many thanks to Martyn and his team
Surecar Direct are very good at talking the talk. And even better at taking your money. But once the cash is in the stash, then your in the trash. Stay away !!!!

I purchased a Mazda from here in February. It was in great condition and I have had no issues with it that haven't been sorted really quickly and easily by Surecar. The dealers were all very nice and the car was a good price.
