I purchased my Tesla Model S from Simal without actually having seen the car. I spoke to him on a few occasions, and he eased any concerns that I might have had. This was my first Tesla also, and he answered any and all questions that I had - very knowledgeable! We arranged a video call to go around the car and an opportunity to ask any questions. Delivery was a seamless process and the driver that Simal used was excellent. I would certainly consider using them again in the future! Thank you!

So far so goooood! The transaction was brilliant, flowed well.. other than the small issue on my behalf with the bank, (Simal was very patient and helpful with this) everything ran like clockwork. What actually made me go ahead with this deal was the level of knowledge this gentleman (Simal) had, I was blown away, he really does know what he's talking about, any questions asked got answered. Not only did this reassure me but I made me feel confident in that if I had issues I know he would be able to rectify them. What a brilliant guy. I have come on to mention the help I got from these guys when I was buying my Porsche Cayenne. This is the most helpful and honest dealership I have ever been to in my life and they would bend over backwards to make sure you were happy with the service. I must say I am very happy with the way things went down at the dealership. I was pleased that Synergy Motors do allow test drives, and a non pressured test drive too.
