I am really pleased with the aftersales provided by Synergy Motors! They were so helpful and looked after me really well. I did have a slight issue, however, they got the car back in the garage for me right away with no quibbles at all. The Tesla was in and out within a matter of a day and it has been running perfeclty ever since so I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend using these if you are in the Croydon area, as you know you will be looked after.

A very helpful and friendly chap from start to finish! Simal answered any questions that I had and provided a really good insight into the life of a Tesla owner. Even after the sale was finalised, when I rang up with even more questions for him, he answered them with no hesitation at all. When I finally decided that a tesla was for me, I started to shop, I found a model S with Synergy motors and spoke to Simal over the phone. He gave me all the details and answers every question I had. I went to see the car and met Simal who went above and beyond to put any queries or concerns to bed. He did a further walk through of the car to ensure it was what I wanted. It was in immaculate condition for a second hand car and very minimal - to none wear and tear. The Tesla model S is so much fun to drive, it is so much smoother than a petrol car and is extremely comfortable, its easy driving with minimal effort. I would highly recommend both the Tesla model s and Synergy motors.

So far I am loving my Tesla, it is such a nice car and is driving exceptionally well. Simal was such a nice guy and really helped me out, I had so many questions for him (being my first Tesla). We were chatting for ages about all the ins and outs, the dos and the don's, so by the time I left the dealership I felt as if I was clued up for the next few years of ownership! Recently purchased Jaguar I-pace unfortunately I have had to wait a little longer for the car as someone reversed into it at the dealership when I was buying it so it had to be repaired, however the customer service when I bought the car was brilliant so very happy with that side of things and would recommend them all day long. The accident was unavoidable from their side but they got the car repaired and back to its full health in no time!

I would definitely recommend this dealership, They are patient and have great hospitality skills, The customer service by Simal was fantastic he sorted everything out for me. I am very happy I have brought my new tesla from such a trusted dealer. Will be back again when my next car is due.
