I just wanted to record my thanks to Jackie Everett, Bodyshop Advisor, BMW Sytner Chigwell, for overseeing recent body repairs to my 4 series convertible. I have dealt with Jackie on numerous occasions. As ever, she was the model of politeness and efficiency, speedily dealing with the third party's approval of the repair estimate through to the completion of the work to an exceptional standard, all within a week. This vindicated my decision to have BMW Chigwell undertake the repairs under Jackie's stewardship rather than having them undertaken by the third party insurers designated repair body shop. I have been a customer of BMW Sytner Chigwell for many years and will continue to be so given the exceptional standard of customer service I always receive.. They always deliver.

Had some recall work done and what an excellent service. Just what you expect from bmw. I Was being looked after by a guy called reggie who went out of his way to help me and what an great job he done. Kept me updated and even called a couple weeks later to see how my car was doing. Highly recommend dealing with reggie if you get the choice. What a pleasure

What an amazing experience I've had at Sytners Chigwell! I was looking for a car to suit my build and needs. I needed it quickly. I was lucky enough to speak to Tim who I believe is the Business Manager. He took the stress out of searching for me. He found a beautiful BMW totally that surpassed my expectations. Beautiful and comfortable! Lovely and friendly Tia Stephensen made the transaction very easy for me. I felt stress-free. Tim along with Tia handled the whole transaction very professionally and gave me peace of mind. A 5-star rating is surely not enough but 5 stars i will give. I will recommend Tim at Sytners Chigwell to everyone that needs an enjoyable car purchase. As you've no doubt gathered; I'm a very happy man! 5*****

Brilliant service at Sytner BMW Chigwell, Craig was very efficient.
I was happy with my car from Sytner BMW Chigwell. The care was nice and clean at the end and all test carried out accordingly. Even had a latte and an earl grey while I waited. Plus free WiFi so my toddler was entertained on YouTube!
