Sytner BMW in Chigwell is a lazy BMW dealership that don't fix cars properly. Poor communication and awful customer service skills. They avoid fixing your car even though it's under warranty! Should really be no stars. Avoid!

Brand New 2 series broken down within 1 week of buying. These things happen unfortunately, but the customer service and help from BMW Sytner Chigwell was non existent. I logged a call with the issue and was told to expect a call back, help and resolution to our issue. We received nothing of the sort and we had to chase only for their service and sales department to fob us off. Clearly only interested in their commission from sales. Stay well away from this dealership. Busy and hectic all about the sale

I put my 11 month old BMW i8 for a couple of warranty problems. Only to find the staff at Sytner Chigwell had been caught joy riding in my car! The MD denies this even though staff were seen by my sister in law. Sytner BMW in Chigwell have lied and then admitted certain things once proved lying! Head office is not interested and backing MD inferring my sister in law got it wrong! This is an i8 with a private plate! They said they had to drive the car in sports mode so as to charge the car and were doing me a favour!! Really.
