I am very much hoping to be able to re- review this and award some more stars in due course. My daughter bought, in good faith, a sytner select car which fell far below the standards of quality control that should be expected if that brand. The overall customer experience was very disappointing but I hope that they will prove to be as good as their word and offer more than just apologies. Time will tell. She is a 23 year old NHS worker who has saved up for a long time to buy her first car. It was not a 60 k audi but the principles of quality and customer service shouldn't differ

Very impressed with Derby Audi, especially with the present challenge of Covid 19 making everything so difficult. Our salesman, Mark Inman, was informative, helpful and patient in providing answers to our questions regarding several smaller cars in the Audi range. We were able to sit in several cars, and he helped us to make comparisons which enabled us to identify the car that would best fulfil our criteria. While we are not looking to change our present car immediately, we will definitely return to Derby Audi in the near future.
So impressed by the whole team at Audi Derby, especially during COVID 19. Customer service to its uttermost best level, constant level of communication (delays or good news), I am just SO impressed having gone to motorpoint my whole life. The difference in service will make me never ever go to a different dealer again. I just want to make a huge shout out to Chris Giglio, who has gone above and beyond for me and impressed me so much at Audi. Thank you so much for making my experience amazing, from to the gentlemen that originally booked my appointment, to the lovely Steph in accounts. Very grateful and so impressed. I never felt pressured into buying, was listened to exactly what I wanted and found the perfect solution as I was so unsure between 3 models. If I could give a 10 star service all around I would. I was an s1 on a 65 reg at this dealership and wanted to put a deposit down so that I could arrange to view the vehicle. A chap called Billy said everything under the sun to sell the car and wanted to make a deal over the phone. The car was in Vegas yellow and the best deal that he could do is take £100 off. The initial sales pitch was that the car was scheduled to undertake a refurb of all four wheels to be diamond cut, new front grill and a respray of the bonnet. After receiving some pics I noticed that the gear stick was really worn as if a dog had been chewing on it so naturally I asked if that could be replaced. We went back an forth over who would cover the cost of £136 and then later he came back saying they will no longer be diamond cutting the wheels due to the wheels being too damaged. So naturally I wasn’t happy with that and asked if they can drop the price to reflect this. Billy said he was going to call in the following morning but never did. I called the dealership and requested to speak to a manager so a call back was arranged with a manager called Alex. This conversation did not go very well, Alex was not at all helpful, rude as he kept on speaking over me to get his point across. I still wanted to pit that deposit down as the misses really wanted the car so I arranged with Alex to get Billy to call my wife to take this payment so we can arrange to view the car. Later that evening Alex calls and stated that they have discovered a oil leak comming from around the sump and by the following day, late in the afternoon I received a message saying they will now auction the car off as it was to much cost for them to sell the car. Alex said he would be calling me first this in the morning with this information. Two weeks later and the same car with the same reg DH65 DXX is still advertised for sale at Tge same dealership. I would have given them no stars if I could **** bunch of p***ks ****

I have now bought this car and it seems fine? Somebody must of repaired the oil leak, I know it has just had a brand new clutch fitted too?
After buying a 65 plate Audi TT from Audi Derby Sytner in May 2019 I'm very disappointed to have experienced the worst after sales customer care ever in over 20 years of purchasing cars. In my experience, my car developed a fault, water ingress inside the car caused by a faulty / worn door seal. Upon investigation at my local Audi branch, it turned out that the door seal needed replacing but would not be covered under the used car warranty. Upon contact with Derby Sytner they offered no goodwill whatsoever because the car was taken to my local Audi dealership for investigation rather than making the 100 mile trip to Derby. I shall never buy a car from a Sytner dealership ever again.
Terrible service from Leighton at Derby Audi! Sold me a car with a door paint work chips. Firstly on arrival, I noticed this and made him aware of it and he said he would fix it. He spent less then a minute to buff it and basically hid the mark with the residue of the dust. Once I brought the car home and washed it, the marks were still there and looked worse. Upon contacting him about it, he told me it’s not his problem. I don’t recommend Derby Audi at all because of Leighton’s Service.

I have just purchased a New Audi S5 from Derby Audi, and the whole experience was a dream. Jon & Sam were fantastic help and made the whole experience the best it could be ! they thought of everything to help my car buying experience. i can't recommend highly enough. Mr Fox
