Very poor staff, simple task to order a vehicle bmw i4 went wrong many times waited fir a year. Nightmare of experience

Very poor sales reps, ordered car twice waited over 11 months but still went wrong. Don't bother even coming to this dealership.

I purchased an intercooler pipe from the BMW main dealer in Oldbury at a price of £273.71 for a single unit. I was expecting to receive it today, but I have discovered that the order was not even placed. To obtain the part, I now need to wait an additional 7 days, despite having received apologies for this oversight. I have attempted to contact their team numerous times to address this issue and request a refund, but regrettably, I have not received any response or assistance. This situation is highly disappointing and frustrating.

I buy alot of cars from many different places all over the uk, this place sytner bmw @ oldbury with Tim Holmes sales person has been fantastic its a wicked car clean not a scratch just how I want and his customer service with deals he has got me and coffees he made me while I was there 10/10 🌟 ill be back, thanks tim Holmes and manager Mark wheeler for all your services with my purchase 👍

Booked car in for regular oil change and faulty parking sensor. Sytners had car early Thursday, after 5pm I was chasing them, only to find out they'd done neither and my bonnet release had broken so they kept it overnight. Next day I still had to chase and after lunch found out they were still trying to open bonnet! Their proposed solution was to damage the car to gain access with me to pay for repairs to bodywork. I told them to do nothing and collected the car, with them having done nothing for 2 days. A local independent specialist manged to fix bonnet without damaging my car, saying nothing had broken to cause issue but a cable had been unclipped. They also completed the original works without issue and for reasonable cost. Sytners will never have my business again, their attitude was awful, and poor.

My last visit was my final visit, the level of service provided by the service agent was the worst I have ever experienced. The visit only required a brake fluid change but left with 2 damaged wiper blades, tracking issues which left the car very unstable on the motorway and the engine sounding not as smooth as it was when I handed the car over. The service agent was an utter disgrace expecting me to wait over 6hrs for a brake fluid replacement only after asking for the manager who I had dealt with in previous issues did he soon come back and advise it would not take as long as the time previously given even though.. his words ‘no matter what you say it will not be done any quicker’ booked the service well in advance. After several bad experiences and owning BMW’s for 10 years plus I’m actually considering another brand. In fairness with previous issues they have resolved but only after several complaints and after many visits and to note never has a service advisor ever been as rude and to there credit have always tried to assist.
