I went there today to buy a car through contract lease, I drove 15 miles to get there, reported to reception and they came back to say no one was available to help me, the only person at this dealership that could deal with contract hire was not there. There was no attempt from the staff to help me . Very disssppinted but it did help me make a decision that BMW was not the car I wanted to buy, so I went to Mercedes in stead.
