I purchased a Ford Zetec on this visit and I thought the service I have come across here has always been very friendly, especially compared to most dealerships I have visited over the years. As someone thats done a high level NVQ in customer service skills, the salesmen(2 of them) that helped me at this garage had excellent customer service skills, fom the way they spoke to you to their product knowledge, was all fanastic. Had a few issues with the car but it was fixed efficiently. Overall very nice and friendly with a good service, would recommend to others.

First things first, im a woman buying a car so i know very little, i think i got a good price and have been told i have. The man who looked after me had good banter, hes a dark haired older man, sorry for the old part. They were quick to sort things and even helped me sort out sending off the finance things as they let me use their scanner which is good. They helped me and obviously that helps them get the sale. Im happy and wil go back.
