As usual the service I received was professional and througher. This time I was a purchaser whereas previously I was a seller. I would strongly recommend Auto Agency if you are intending to sell or purchase a car.

The guys at the auto agency did exactly what they said they would do and fo rthat I am very grateful as everytime I have bought a car before its not been this way. Will be comign back to the auto agency when I need to change my car again.

Hi. I tried the Auto Agency to sell a classic car which I had been trying to sell for six months. They knew about this market and achieved a higher price than I thought possible even after their fees I was very pleased to get a high figure for the car and I had no hassle from buyers or had to spend no time seeing loads of strangers. I would definitely use them again

Nice enough chap, however communication is a real issue - takes forever to get hold of....and does not rectify issues/queries. On the whole I would definitely not recommend The Auto Agency, look elsewhere when looking to market your vehicle.

Nice enough chap at The Auto Agency, dealt with all the paperwork which took the stress out, typically however, afters ales is another issue, hard to get hold of, and I found myself forever chasing on the simplest of matters, only to be told the problem lay elsewhere. The 12 month warranty is a good selling point, (company I never heard of or find reviews), however I just hope if I need to use it the service will be better. Good idea if you are selling a car, prices can be inflated if you are buying due to how this business works, so as for any dealer do your research.
