The car was described well on the website with excellent pictures all around, so gave us a good idea about the condition of the car before travelling to see it. The dealer and his team were very helpful in answering queries and concerns, gave us the freedom to test the car to our satisfaction. Overall made the experience very pleasant. A trustworthy dealer whom I will highly recommend to my friends and family.
Absolutley disgusting service. Miss s9ld a car that has now had a full diagnostic with vauxhall. All internal components are ruined and some have been for ages. Not long had the vehicle. All issues had been covered up and hidden by shoddy workmanship. AVOID BUYING YOUR CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS. Spent £18k on a car not to last a year.

Came from Liverpool to view a Vauxhall Mokka, car was great and the whole process from beginning to end was boss. Happy with the vechile drives perfectly, needed a 4 x 4 for camping adventures with the kids!

Excellent service from The Auto House. Due to lockdown & social distancing I had to purchase my car as a distance sale with no test drive or viewing. They were always available via phone and email. All paperwork carried out perfectly. The after purchase support was superb. Very trustworthy & highly recommended.

I bought my car from Shafi Cars on Saturday there was a few issues with it when i got it home, I contacted Laura Monday morning she came and collected my car, left me a car so that i wouldnt be without, I got my car back Yesterday- Wednesday all fixed and amazing. I will defo be dealing with these again will recommend to anyone.
