Noticebo... Submit + Al label off - BEWARE!!! Today my car broken down. The garage I purchased the vehicle is based In Ledbury and call "The Car Centre Hereford" and run by a man call Mark. I bought my car 16 mounts ago with 2 year warranty and when I went Mark and explained the situation to him his response was: not a chance to fix it, get out of my office now!!! was speechless and very disappointed with this replay, especially as I still have Four years finance on the vehicle with this company. I would like to warn people - don't go there!!!! Its happened to me, Dont know how many more?

I bought a used car from The Car Centre. On 2 test drives, I said the gears were very sticky. I was told it was a much heavier and bigger car than I was used to and I would 'get used to them'. Like a fool I believed them. Just under 3 months of having the car the ABS light came on so was told to take to a local garage. They offered a free winter check but then told me the clutch had gone. With both the clutch and the ABS was advised by the AA not to drive so had to have it towed back to the Car Centre. Had to pay towards a new clutch and was told they'd cleaned various things and if the ABS light came on again would have to take it to another garage. 5 mins out of the sales lot and the ABS light came back on. So now I have to take it to Newport, leave it for a day to be checked. I have suffered nothing but stress, inconvenience and throwing in more money since I bought this car. And not so much as an apology from the Car Centre. Be advised folks, get someone like the AA or RAC to check a used car before buying!

I have bought from the car centre before and decided to buy local, I am glad I did as they had a good selection of cars in my price range. I bought a Mercedes C Class that was known to the Car Centre as I prefer an automatic I was delighted I could be helped. After a few days I found a fault with the steering when I spoke to Ian a very knowledgeable salesman he reassured me that they would sort out the problem I had. In the end it needed a new steering rack, I spoke to Mark and he treated me very fairly and agreed to replace it. All I can say is job done steering perfect and one very happy customer. Thank you Mark you showed true customer care. I would be happy to buy from this trusted car sales.

Established over 30 years ago, The Car Centre are a used car dealership based in Hereford. They offer finance and servicing and also have part ex stock to clear. They are open 7 days a week.
