On a Saturday 12th June I part exchanged a BMW for Merc GLE - what I asked for and was promised was a seamless deal where they transferred private plates and delivered car to home. They promised to deal with minor paintwork issues, refurb alloys; full valet and deliver 10am Friday. Started making excuses on Friday for no-show; promised Saturday - didn't happen; promised Monday-didn't happen. Finally showed up on Tuesday evening - paintwork issues not dealt with, alloys not re-furbished, not valeted and dirty. They took it back with promises to actually do all work specified. They promised compensation of cash and full tank of petrol. Car finally arrived Wednesday 23rd June- promised paintwork -tick; valet - tick; tank of petrol - tick; refurb alloys - X. promised Compensation X. promised Car plates changed X The seamless purchase I asked for became a stressful process of repeated broken promises. I really wanted to be able to recommend them but was taken for a mug punter and a joke.

Ended up paying for the car twice took me into an unauthorised overdrive and they were less than helpful at one point I was asked how I could afford my mortgage buying the car. After so many days being unable to use my account I got my money back after that I said I would rather not take the car back the manager has since offered to take it back I accepted but after 2 chasers I’ve heard nothing. Would not recommend

i have purchased 5 viechles from this company i only use ian overend a fantastic salesguy and decent person .Nothing is to much troublehe will tell us if the car is not good for us yes we have always spent 20k to 35 k and never had an issue with this garage in my experience these are a VERY GOOD COMPANY to deal with i only use this desler
