Wow. Just picked up my blue 4 series convertible from these guys. Absolutely lost for words.. the car was stunning. Matt was a huge help, he got me approved on a finance deal with bad credit and got me sat in my new car within ONE week. When I arrived I was even more stunned at the cars they had for sale. Process was unbelievably quick. I went in, signed a few papers and was back out to see my car waiting outside within 20 minutes. You want a new car, these guys are your people. Loved the drive back in the new car Too. Recommended these guys to all my work colleagues and friends. Top service.

Initial enquiry was responded to very promptly, all my questions were answered honestly and accurately by Chaddy. Excellent service from start to finish. The price for equivalent vehicle was the best I could find do great value. Would definitely recommend Lowton Motor Company.

I spent quite a lot of time looking on the internet for an Audi X5 with the specification you advertise and was in a position to purchase the vehicle. I turned up to your show room Lowton Motor Company Ltd with my wife and asked to view the blue Audi Q5. The salesman, Ian told us we would find the car outside at the back of the show room and he would locate the keys for us and follow us out. We waited in the cold for a while and he walked past saying he was still looking for the keys and Ian commented in passing "it was freezing, it'll probley snow". He then returned and pressed the remote and said get in the car and have a look, that was the last we seen of him. I asked the mechanics to find him but no luck. Basically we sating the can unable to switch anything on or adjust the seats, it was a joke and very cold. The mechanic walked past and I told him to tell Ian it’s beyond a joke leaving us here with no keys or assistance. Ian did not even ask our names and he has lost a cash buyer. We wasted time and fuel driving to Lowton Motor Company Ltd in busy traffic and very cold weather from Billinge to view this car, my advice don’t bother! My money will spend anywhere! Steve c.
