★★★★★ I'd been without a car for a while and with a four-year-old I really needed one. With less than perfect credit I'd already been turned down by another dealership. Within 10 days, the guys at the Car Shop had sorted me out with a fantastic VW Polo at a great price, with affordable monthly payments. The whole process was totally stress-free. The guys there are super-friendly and helpful and they even offered to give me some pointers about MOTs and servicing after the sale. I was about to move house and they gave me some great tips about how to transport things better at the back of the car. It's fantastic to have my own car again, being able to take my son out for the day and also do lots of exploring on my own, which is a hobby of mine, and do lots of day to day stuff that you can only really do with a car. The guys hooked me up with a finance company really quickly and there's no hard sales or hoops to jump through. It was all really quick and clear. I'll be keeping in touch with them after-sale for their knowledge and friendliness. If you want an affordable car quickly look no further. Great stuff. Thanks! Alasdair

They wasted my money on an inspection they should never had agreed to and then asked me for a copy of it which is a bare faced cheek, there were over 50 faults and 10 of them made the car not fit to be driven or roadworthy. He wanted over 5 grand for that scrap heap fodder.

Great garage huge choice and nice people we have used for years and always been looked after not perfect had a few issues with one car but cars are cars but it was sorted at there cost and attentively so well happy thanks guys x
I bought my Corsa in February from The Car Shop Rochester. I have taken it back to the shop at least 20 times the engine management light has been on most of the 8 .o this I have had needed a new engi e 2 starter motors and ow it starts fine for a day or 2 then it wont start or even turn over then the next day it starts just fine for a day then it doesn't start I've had to change coil and electronics seen to at my own expense When they replaced the engine they had my car for 4 weeks and when I picked it up from the shops pound it was covered in bird crap and smelling of canabis please avoid this cos my at all costs

The Car Shop Rochester sold a Lemon to me this is a Note to all people that maybe thinking of buying a car from The Car Shop 3 Station Rd, Rochester ME2 4AX. after only 2 months the Jeep I purchased developed ABS fault, Gear box fault Clutch fault fly wheel fault Anti Roll bar fault, costing over £2625 to get fixed even under Warranty which only paid out £1300 i had to cover the rest , they did not offer to help and would not except responsibility under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 . so taking court action against them would cost more in the long run so had to drop the case- im not the only one who had problems with this company feel free to check consumer reports.
