Go elsewhere. They are simply not worth the stress. Pile em high sell em cheap. They damaged my car prior to pickup and didnt tell me. Charming and laughing and joking when they try to sell you a car Once theyve got your money and bonus payment, the customer service is downhill from there. Dont return calls, regularly chase after them. The amount of trips down to the garage and the diesel used and stress is ridiculous...3 attempts to get damage caused by them put right. There is no quality control and you have to have your wits about you so you dont get shafted...i seriously think stevie wonder and ray charles could do better than these cowboys...honesly go elsewhere..people like this only start taking notice when it affects their bottom line...youve been warned!!!!!!!

As we have had no response from this, i will take this review is simply malicious and a fake review.
Definitely recommend The Cheshire motor company. Top quality used cars and top quality service.
You are going to get an outstanding service until you are handed over the key. Their garage is incompetent and customer service goes downhill from there, with manager Mark turning on you, blaming and giving advices that goes against AA breakdown cover advice. Please save yourself a pool of tears and missed days at work! Go elsewhere!

Sold a Skoda Octavia (GF67KBV) by Richard. Car listed as being a "great example" for just shy of market value. Car riddled with faults, structural damage and shoddy accident damage repairs (incl a replaced rear crash bumper from a different make and model of car). Had real difficulty returning car with rude and obstructive aftersales. Finally got refund having got an independent AA report, rejecting car in writing and threatening legal action. Car relisted same day as I received refund. I sincerely doubt they have repaired all the faults they can no longer deny knowledge of. Avoid if you don't want to run the risk of a similar nightmare. They may reassure you by saying they are a "family business" and to "look at their reviews" but take the time to filter for their worst ones before parting with your money.
