Bought a car from here in November 2020. Was told it would be ready at 3pm so drove the 43 mile journey to the dealership only to be told it wasn’t ready. Was given multiple excuses as to why it was delayed and was left to wait for nearly 3 hours before I even saw the car. At this point it was dark and I was fed up. I drove the car home only to find the next morning in daylight that the car was an absolute state. Clearly they have no standards when it comes to the presentation of the cars they are selling. When driving the car it was evident that there was something wrong with the clutch/gearbox and the tyres were worn close to the legal limit. After getting in touch with the garage they agreed to pick the car up to inspect and repair any faults. They had the car for a week and stated that they had put a new clutch in and replaced the tyres. Fast forward 2 weeks and the car wouldn’t start. On inspection it transpired that the starter motor was hanging off and scraping on the floor (clearly this had been left loose when they carried out repairs). Since then I have had a number of issues with the car and following an inspection at a local garage, I have been told that the car is a ‘death trap’ and not driveable. There are multiple issues - bad oil leak from gearbox, battery terminal is loose, lamda sensor throwing a fault, 2 of the tyres are the wrong size for the car. This is just what was found from a visual inspection, the garage could not even get the car into the bay for a full inspection due to a lack of power. I am now going through the complaints procedure with my finance company and I’m without a car. Clearly these guys are cowboys and sold me a wreck! And when they attempted to ‘repair’ issues, they either created more problems or seemingly ignored a whole host of others! I have not even attempted to contact the dealership myself as when you do you just get fobbed off or told they will call back, which they don’t. Also, I have completely lost trust in their ability to resolve any problems and would not feel safe driving the car should they attempt to do so. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have never had so many problems with a car and this has caused me a massive amount of stress.

I collected my car on Saturday morning, all being great till I left the garage. Not only did they leave me with 4 miles in the reserve tank for the fuel and told me to just go the garage and fill it, then not even get 15 minutes into my journey home and the engine management light comes on. I call the garage after being stuck on the motorway with a car in limp mode for them to patronise me and ask if I put the correct fuel in the car. I get it home and still awaiting a outcome and still have a car that’s in limp mode and still have the engine management light on. I’ve taken it to be diagnosed by a garage closer to home to be informed I have a split boost pipe. Another phone call to the garage who then Implied they haven’t ever known a car to go so sudden when apparently was fine when in there possession. Lies! The engine management light was turned off for the mot and cause they had there money wanted rid and now the problem is mine! Still can’t get hold of the garage ring and ring to be told they will return the call and still waiting. Awful service and very disappointed in the service I’ve received. Official complaint has been made with the finance company and hopefully they can get me a resolution rather than speaking to people who one have a attitude and secondly can not e bothered to help rectify the problem they dodged fixing when they had the car. To add insult to injury when collecting the car it hadn’t even been valeted, just thrown under a hose pipe and paper matts placed under the foot wells to hide the mess.
