Very helpful with both purchase of car and arranging finance. Even sorted an issue,free of charge, that was not covered by the warranty,two months after purchasing. Would definitely use The Hereford Car Company again!

Brought a Ford Focus a few weeks ago from the beginning service was polite we were never hassled or pressured into buying Car drove great at first but started to feel a little sluggish i rang up and was told no problems bring it in - the guys sorted in this time i had some problems picking up and dropping off as my mum become ill i was always told no problems and everyone i spoke to wished my mum well which is irrelevant lol but goes to show how decent The Hertford Car Company are. Great service local company highly rec.

After year and 8 months air bubbles under the paint on wing and bonnet. And some other issues what I can manage. I don't recommend The Hertford Car Company.

I recently got my first car from the Hertford Car Company on finance and the staff explained everything really well made it easy for me. Everyone who works there is really friendly and helpful, I'm so happy with my purchase and would recommend this place 100% the service was excellent.

From the start of purchase and 9 months later im still having problems with car. Transmission, alternater, cold start probs and leaking coolant plus Discovering new brakes were put on damaged front discs. Need to mention dealer attempted to fix leak on coolant and replaced belt-which wasnt fix on properly and also damaged another component. No regards to life eh?? i use my car on motorways for work, i was advised by mechanic belt could fall off!!! Leak was still present so dealer agreed to sort out cold start and leaking coolant by mechanic, now dealers mum is refusing to pay for 1 of 2 leaks that have been confirmed. Nor is my cold start prob resolved since oct 2017!!! I get attitude from dealer and the soothsayer mother about how much milage ive put on car to which my response is its not their business what i use it for and the fact i spent almost 10k for car i would expect some kind of reliability!! Clearly no integrity here and this is a massive regret ever setting foot in the place. Yes dealer pd for alternator, transmission, 2x tires and 1 leak, but the car is still not fit for purpose!!! And the dealer has gone back on his word to sort out the leak
