The Vauxhall I bought from Thornbury Car Centre has been fine, there was one slight issue at the start but its all sorted now so cant complain. I think the car was good value. I would recommend them.

Test drove a car and wanted an honest conversation with Thornbury Car Centre about possible purchase price and part exchange. Through the whole chat the sales guy never looked up from his desk and gave monotone one word replies. Imagine actually buying a car and trying to get any issues delta with politely and professionally!!!!

Bought a car from Thornbury Car Centre and after it failed the MOT with several faults it was allegedly ready just over a week later. I picked it up with a brand new MOT and drove it home. I applied the handbrake and to my astonishment it didn't work. I took the car to a specialist locally to me and he found several faults with the car as well as the handbrake. To my astonishment once again all the faults he found were on the MOT FAILURE NOTICE which the specialist had not seen prior to examination of the vehicle. There was over £500 worth of work to be done before the car was roadworthy. Be careful buying anything here, I would recommend an AA inspection first, even before a test drive.
I bought a used car from Thornbury Car Centre about a month ago and so far haven't had a single problem with it. The staff were genuinely attentive and helpful and handled the sale really well. My one qualm would be they were quite slow getting the car ready to collect but that might be me being picky. I would happily recommend them.

I have been very pleased with my vehicle purchase from Thornbury Car Centre last year and the service I received from the dealership whilst the car was still under warranty. The customer service is excellent and any problems were quickly and efficiently dealt with. I have already recommended Thornbury Car Centre to others and would definitely continue to do so.
