Time Motors have good reviews so we got a van from them. There was no pressure sales, they sorted everything out for us. No complaints with the dealer but we got a problem van which has been rejected but I would still give them five stars. They have great customer service in general and have been very understanding. I would recommend them.

I went to Time Motores purely for their stock and they had the van I wanted. They went the extra mile. On my way home I had an issue and I rang them and the organised it for me to get it fixed and paid for the work, really good. Jon was great. Easy to talk to, took me on a test drive no problem. He offered to get any dents and repairs done, very accommodating. I would use them again.

I’m enjoying the van. We saw they had an open day so just thought we’d take a look. Time Motors have great customer service, couldn’t go wrong. I will be using them in the future and will recommend them. They don’t rush you, not pushy, making sure the van was practical for us. Jon was great, I recommend him 10/10.

I was just looking online for a truck and somewhere close to me. The sales guys were brilliant. At point of sale I had a few issues but they sorted it out. I had to pay a little towards it so that was disappointing. Otherwise, all ok. They were kind and courteous and I would recommend.

Never felt pressured into buying anything, felt comfortable throughout the process of buying a new van

The Transit is all good with no problems since getting it. I got it delivered, so it took a little bit longer than I wanted., but to be fair it was it was it was reasonable time. It was it was partly because it was a bank holiday. I wanted it a week before I probably had unrealistic expectations on how quick I could get it. I generally messaged them via WhatsApp, and they'd come back to me that day. I have rated a four star as I had to chase Ed a couple of times just for updates. I'd and I would say that was the only issue really - generally, it was very good.

Time Motors are quite local to me, so when I found it on Autotrader I thought I'd go have a look and found them friendly and really professional. I liked what i saw and bought it, they got security locks installed for me and the vehicle was handed over nice and clean.
