The customer service I got from Time Motors was exceptional! A team member came down and met me at the train station after hours and took me to the dealership, this was so unexpected and really appreciated. The van I bought, a Nissan NV200, is very good. The guys at time even sorted me out with a spare wheel before I set off for home. So far I have run into no problems with the van.

My Ford Connect is just what I was looking for, great van for work and in good condition! While I was down at Time I was able to have a good look around at what they had to offer without being pestered. When I did deal with the lads they were sound. The whole experience was spot on and I am chuffed with Time.

I came down to Time Motors to buy a Citroen Berlingo and to part exchange my Range Rover, I got a very fair price for my part ex and to top it off they said they would deliver the van to me! I am really liking my Berlingo, it is spot on and drives exactly like a car! I was a little concerned about the mileage on the van but it had a full service history and had clearly been well looked after so it has been well worth the purchase and I am continuing to be a good custodian of the van. I have bought with Time Motors before and dealt with Ryan both times, this time I text him directly and he sorted me right out! He is always spot on with the customer car he shows. My Ford Connect is a brilliant van and is driving well! When I came to collect I did have to wait for it to finish being valeted but that is nothing major and they made a very good job of it, the van was SPOTLESS.

So happy with my Vauxhall Movano and the customer service was top class! I had a slight problem with it initially but the lads sorted it out and I would have to give them five stars! The fact that they resolved it with no hassle and did the right thing is very impressive, I am sure other places might have back heeled me. I was very well looked after thank you 😊

I found a van I liked for sale online, I had never been to Time before so when I headed down to the dealership I wasn't sure what to expect but the staff were so approachable and friendly. I was shown to the van and all questions were answered. The buying process was straightforward and easy. I will be keeping Time Motors on my Radar for the future.
