Looked on there website at the cars available before I drove nearly 2 hours to find 3 of any use which would not be fit for purpose to finance. Apart from the one I wanted. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism received has I do work in the same trade. I was left sat in a cold entrance wat for nearly 5 hours to be told that it wouldn't be sorted that day and I could leave a deposit to secure the car and they would try a different finance company the following day. So this is what I did I left a deposit with the manager who 100 percent guaranteed me the car. I called the day after has there was no contact from them to be told I was declined on the day which showed the manager to be lieing. I have called everyday for the last 2 weeks to be fobbed off by everyone who works there with regards to my deposit. I finally got the manger on the phone who now claims to be the valeter. I will reporting to trading standards first thing Monday morning.

I went down to see a corsa vxr when I arrived there was only one sales man on site and could not help me one bit the car was a wreck the 2 front tyers where fucked and it needed a boost control valve which they said they where fitting but didn't 2 days before I spoken to them on the phone and they said they where cleaning them and getting Them ready what a load of bull shit !!!! I would never ever buy a car from them They are all dogy cars pepole please take this in

I have just telephoned the dealership with regards to a car to buy for my son, the guy on the phone didn't have a clue what vehicle I was referring to - it was a VW Polo 2006 claiming to have done !0,000 miles, hence my enquiry! All he asked very brusquely was what was the Reg number? I said that it wasn't in the details so he said he would call me back "love" and promptly put down the phone! I assume that the vehicles on their own website either don't exist or are the stuff of Jackanory, I will take my £2000 cash elsewhere. Perhaps he had a sixth sense that I was a company director having been in my own (same ) business for thirty years and not the customer that is necessary for complete "BS" by the sound of the rest of these reviews. Half an hour passed no call back, but there again - he never took my number!

I bought an 07 Fiesta in July '16. It broke down on the way home! The AA mechanic discovered that the airflow sensor was unattached. He also advised that one of the injector seals was leaking. I returned the car to Trade Centre Warrington. After a couple of days they told me that they had replaced 2 injector seals. After a few weeks the car started to fill with fumes every time I drove it. I took it to my local Garage who told me that this was an injector seal problem again. I got all 4 injector seals replaced at a cost of £175. The mechanic told me that not only had none of the seals recently been changed but that someone had also done a 'repair job' on one of them with PTFE tape!! To top all this I have just found out that I have been driving around in this car without road tax which the salesman promised me had been paid for 12 months. We bought a car a couple of years ago from this garage but it had changed hands when we bought the Fiesta. Needless to say we will not be going anywhere near there again and would warn anyone else away as well.

Saw lots of very cheap vehicles on adverts and checked the dealer's website where there was also a wide variety of budget vehicles. Knew at least one of them would do the job so drove almost an hour to the trade centre only to be told they don't have any of them. All the cars are much more expensive and there was nowhere near the number of vehicles that were shown on the website. Disappointing.

I'd just like to say what's the point of having phones if no one answers the or when they do you don't use them to ring back? This place has terrible customer service. I was called originally by them after enquirying on line,I was told they would call back by lunch the next day,Nothing,so I rang them eventually getting through to be told they'd ring back that afternoon again Nothing so I rang both numbers numerous times eventually getting through to be told he was busy and would ring back in a few mins 1/2hr later no phone call so I tried ringing both numbers countless times NO answer so left a message it's now the next day pm and no call. If they don't want to deal with people or return calls then I think there in the wrong business,how they sell cars if no one picks the phone up or returns calls??. It's simply rude and unprofessional not returning calls.

i find a lot of these reviews hard to believe,i have just bought my second car from warrington trade centre and as expected it is spot on, i have always been treated great by peter,dominic and all the staff,the phone has always been answered by them,but remember they are very busy.i will be back in a few weeks with my grandaughter for her fist car because i know they will look after her and we will not have to worry about the car we buy.

I visited trade centre yesterday (monday) with my partner and 5 year old and found all staff to be helpful and friendly. Dominic was on hand when I needed to speak to him without being on my back all the time like some dealers. I rang before visiting as seen a few cars on auto trader, I was then told they were sold but that's not a problem as understand the turn over they must get and won't always have time to change and cancel advertisements. After chatting to Dominic about different cars and what we wanted I fell in love with a suzuki paid £1000 and took a short term loan for the rest it's being mot and will be picking in up the morning after. I called to ask about 'hire to buy' offer that's on some of their cars. My call was answered by a very impatient and impolite man, who quickly judged me as the kind of client that they don't need and hung up on me. I've never been treated so rude in my life! Surely I will not be spending any of mine money with them!

Got the car in January said they would pay for the first MOT and any work that needs doing told me to send it to a garage and ask them to fax the bill over well they won't do that. I have called no answer and emailed and even tried the mobile number nothing back I am not paying for it myself so if nothing gets done you can have the car back and I'll stop payment!
