Flogged me a pile of junk, MOT must have been performed by a blind man. Now nearly 6 months down onwards so many faults that I need to consider scrapping

What a fantastic service/professional from start to finish. Spoke to Mark on the phone and gave me all the information i needed.. Went down to see the Fiesta, no trouble, left me to view the car, no pressure, came over to ask if I needed a coffee/tea which was great as i hate the pressure. I loved the car and asked a few questions. I came away buying the car but more importantly that the company wanted to give me great service not just make a quick sell.. Already told my friend who needs a car who is heading down the weekend.. please don’t hesitate on buying from them. Thank you again Mark and we really love the car. Never normally leave reviews but when you have fantastic service companies deserve the credit
I bought a BMW 320i M Sport from Mark on the 3/12/22. The car was exactly as described, drove perfectly and was priced extremely competitively. Mark wasn’t in anyway pushy, was very helpful and the sale was wrapped up quickly and efficiently. I guess you don’t trade from the same site for 13 years without significant repeat business. Such friendly and approachable sales person. As a woman viewing and buying a vehicle alone is something I was dreading but Mark so accommodating and I’m just so pleased. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone and be back in future.

I bought a Merc A Class from Trade Direct a few months ago. They were easy to deal with, the car was spotless, and the price was great. What more do you want? Would definitely use them again.
Rang up wanting to buy a Kia he was very rude on the phone, trying to talk me out of buying it.....then said I lived too far away and forget about it before hanging up on me! Very strange behaviour from a so called car sales garage.....I'll gladly take my money else where...

The customer who phoned us was a complete undesirable. Their language and attitue was terrible, so we thought it best not to deal with them. We sell cars to people all over the UK, so distance was not a problem.

Yes, this is a "Scam" This reviewer is obviously a scam, someone posting fake reviews. There are people out there who do this for reasons of their own. They have supplied no verifiable email or details, so this review is obviously a fake, or as they put it "a Scam".
Tried to get some information about the service history and if it had had any extra work done such as timing belt, clutch, water pump etc, promptly had him try to convince me that the 9 service stamps were all I needed to see. Clearly didn't know anything about the car and couldn't be arsed to look for any relevant paperwork. Never before have I had a second hand car dealer try to convince me that this wasn't the car for me... Judging by the other reviews and the attitude over the phone, I'd stay well clear.

We tried our very best with this customer, but to no avail. The customer was requesting this information after 9pm at night and wasn't happy when told they would have to wait until the following day.
We brought a Kia Sportage from him and within a week the clutch went.... We had driving the car 1/2 times! He said this is not covered in warranty even though he stated “any issues come straight back to me” He did not want to help out at all and said “bad week for you” Thanks you for your help pal not!

This review is totally wrong. We never sold a Kia Sportage in 2019. It must be another dealer with a similar name and the buyer is confused. As "Gina" has not supplied a confirmable email address, or verifiable details of the vehicle/purchase,, we can only assume this is either a bogus review or intended for a different dealer.
Trade Direct is an online seller of used cars to people from the Essex area and beyond. Having looked at their website we can not see an address listed, however we can see that in order to view one of their vehicles you must call in advance to arrange a viewing.
