From first phone call through to buying and collecting the van Simon was very professional, knowledgable and helpful throughout. Very polite, no sales pressure and easy to deal with. When time to replace my van again I’ve got the website and contact details saved.

I bought Audi e-tron from tradecars direct in 17th of August 2023. The price was £5000 less compared to cars of that type. I question myself why would someone sell a trade car five thousand less of average price.. what was written about the car condition is exactly what is in the car. The car is in perfect condition, I rate his service 10/10.

Dealt with Simon on the phone and in person and extremely friendly and professional. Added a 1 year warranty which was a bonus. Took care of tax and insurance and all the paper work at the office.
