I've waited a couple of months before reviewing the service and vehicle that Simon sold me. I didn't want to be too rash. I purchased a value for money Vivaro van from Simon and I have NO complaints.
Don't let the one man outfit fool you. This guy is 10 good car salesmen rolled into one. Very efficient, professional and helpful. Will definitely be going back to him for a another van soon

I was initially attracted by the good price, age and low mileage of the van. I called and spoke to Simon at trade cars direct in Northamptonshire. He was detailed and thorough. He took time to answer all my questions and when I made the decision to buy he then gave excellent communication throughout. I knew exactly when Marc the delivery driver was going to arrive, he too was professional and polite. It is rare to find this level of communication and customer care nowadays. I run a business with 10 employees and although I’m based Frome Somerset. I will definitely be contacting Simon when I’m looking for another van. I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I felt I needed, and this is for all good reasons. I bought a van from Simon at Christmas , I live 2 1/2 hours away from him so I know Christmas is a busy time of year for everyone but we made the appointment for the Sunday morning to help me . I had an old Renault Traffic I wanted to trade in/ drive up in and leave. Simon agreed to this but I couldn’t find the log book for it but Simon still agreed and when we met he sorted out all the appropriate form filling online to get the problem resolved. I think Simon is very professional at what he does and at the same time friendly , he is very helpful and in my case he went beyond call of duty ! In short Simon is a genuine gentleman and I would not hesitate to buy from him again , thank you. James Hicks , Norwich

I brought a van off of Simon for my first business and I absolutely could not fault the experience from start to finish. Easy to contact, super friendly and was available on a Sunday afternoon for us to come and view. He gave us all the information and history we needed to know and made us feel confident in purchasing. The van has been perfect and we will look to purchase from Tradecars direct again in the future!
