Had our car serviced recently at TrustFord Ashton and we were very happy with the level of customer service provided to us by the team in Ashton. Check in was made very simple as we were in a hurry to catch the bus into town while we waited and the advisor Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable about things that needed attention on our car. We had a phone call to say that the vehicle had been looked at and that we needed some general service work, only some brake pads and Michelle was very helpful in conveying to us as we are not so mechanically inclined. Would recommend anyone with a Ford to go to Ashton and see the team. They even washed the car!
4 year old car with less than 7000 miles failed mot due to faulty non serviceable part. Bought new from them and second new car from them. TrsutFord Ashton are not interested in their obligations under consumer rights act. Avoid at all costs.
I was messed around in getting the car from this Ford dealership on Ashton Gate, first it was a day then 2 then 3 then a week and it ended up being nearly a month before I had it. Their administration side of things must be a shambles as a couple of members of my family had the exact same issue when buying from this place. I'm giving them 2 stars because the car has been great, not for the service from the dealership. This Ford dealership does not get my recommendation.

TrustFord Ashton is the new name for Brunel Ford Ashton Gate. This dealership offer a range of motability vehicles, as well as servicing, parts, repairs for both personal and business users.
