My faith in Ford dealerships has been restored after poor experiences locally. I took a chance on visiting Epsom Ford to view a used Ford Kuga and was greeted instantly by Joe, the experience provided by him was simply the best I've experienced so far when buying cars. Got me the keys straight away and left me to look around and returned after a bit to see how I was getting on and to answer any questions I had. All questions answered honesty and pointed out all the servicing they had done. We agreed a price and the sale went through super quick. Was able to collect on time a few days later, fully valeted and fuel was put in the car. He took car of everything, including 3 days of drive away insurance. Had the car 24hrs now and it is perfect. Thank you so much Joe! Your a credit and a blessing to Epsom Ford.

Avoid if possible! Customer service is awful! They don't reply to your messages!! I got a Ford ecosport st line sold to me by Joe at the end of july last year and drove 10 mins down the road when a warning light came on for the tyre pressure sensor malfunction. I've sent 2 messages via their website no reply. Have today August 8th sent a WhatsApp message saying they will get back to me. I went back and forth 3 times with my ford for the same problem. It has now been rectified. I dont live close either im in burgess hill west sussex. Avoid this garage !!! A year later and my ford ecosport is in the garage as the clutch release bearing has gone the cost for this will be £714.00. My car has been with a local garage where I live then today I get told the gearbox might need doing as well. I purchased this car just over a year ago from yourselves I have done 4000 miles in 15 months. I want Ford to either pay for a new gearbox or contribute towards this!

I have taken my van to trustford annually for service and mot for 3 years. On my last visit, I pointed out the things that I knew would stop the van from passing its mot, hoping that they would do the obvious work before doing the mot. My van also had a crack in the corner of the windscreen, but they would not allow autoglass onto their premises to repair it, so I had to settle up for the work they had already done. I had to settle up my bill so far, before they would release my van for me to drive illegally to Autoglass for a new windscreen. They are now claiming that my payment was never received, but they would not have released my van if that was the case. I will not use their service department again.
Please reconsider to do ANY BUSINESS AT ALL with TrustFord in general. If something goes wrong they just keep you waiting and waiting without any proof of their intention to correct what goes wrong. Please read all the reviews before you even think of visiting or engaging with them. Also, if you do, please make sure you have the proper legal cover in case you need to get things done!!!!!

I wouldn'r recommend anyone to this company, mis-sold and lied to just to get the sale and the aftersales care!! What aftersales care you can't get hold of anyone. AVOID if i could leave zero stars i would. sounds like i'm not the only one who feels like this.
Terrible customer service. Brought a used car end of December 2022 was told it would be ready for collection 3rd Jan. Car not ready to collect until 4th Feb! Unable to provide us with full paperwork. Drove the car for 2.5weeks before it broke down. Car spent a further 3 weeks in garage while (don't)TrustFord Epsom dragged their feet.

Went in to have abs codes removed and tyre sensors done already replaced abs sensor with another garage but said it was a faulty part like they told me last time and had to have it repaired again charged me double what i paid last year for exactly the same thing on the other wheel complete liars and rip off merchants would never go back again as disgusting service and behaviour going to make a complaint to head office about them ripping off people with their lies
Don't take you van to them it come out worsted then it went in they make out that rats have caused a problem and you have to pay for it they are full ot shit
Appalling customer service. I called up as I was interested in purchasing a Ford Puma. Upon arrival I was ignored by the salesman that I had organised the meeting with. When he did acknowledge me I was shown a dirty, used car full of rubbish which I assume was his. When I said to him that it was unprofessional, twice, I was ignored both times. I asked if there were any other cars available, and I was again ignored. I asked for test drive and the salesman advised me I would need to make an appointment - which.I had and was the entire reason I was there in the first place. The only questions the disappointing salesman asked me were: 'What car do you want?' and 'Where are you from?'. No attempt to engage with the customer or make them feel at ease. I emailed Ford as per their request regarding this experience at their request and two weeks later I still have not heard any reply or even an acknowledgement on their part. Would not recommend.

I have had the most terrible experience with Ford at Epsom in the last few weeks. They do not do the work properly and charge you for it. You take your vehicle in a good condition and it comes back ruined. The customer service aren’t always the best. Be careful if you ever take your vehicle to get fixed at trust Ford epsom
