Hi all, I have found a Kia Niro from this trader. It was looking amazing in pictures and good year 2020. Due to corona the dealer asked me to pay the car in full before making an appointment to view, also told me over the phone car is in great condition no scratches or rips. After I’ve made the payment I’ve also did insurance and head to the dealer that was 50 miles away. When I got there I’ve seen a scratch on the back door/wing near wheel arch on passenger side. After that I did a deep inspection, the car is accident repaired not declared. All round marks of polish, front bumper not aligned. When I’ve asked the dealer why he did lied about the car he said he was not aware of these issues because he got over 300 cars for sale. I’ve wasted a day, £30 travel, £25 insurance cancellations and don’t know how log I’ll be waiting for refund of £17535. Be careful! Get a professional to inspect cars when buy from them. They repair accident cars and sale cars as accident free.

I bought a used car from a ford trust in epson, I have lodged two complaints. The windshield in the car has a lot of "pitting" Manager Sam from Ford Trust in Epson made a appoitment after 2 months and the glass specialist said that he did not see a problem. Ford will not repair, not replace the glass.I stayed and the windshield, which is not clearly visible, is not clear is broken. The Ford Trust from Epson says it's not bad !!! At the end of this case, the sales manager Mrs. Kiran Dattani called me and informed me that they did everything....and why I leave negative feedback. when I asked what they did, he replied that they did clean the glass (nothing helped) because the front window has pitting. but that's okay, because their expert said everything was ok, he didn't even want me to send him pictures of this windshield...they have opinions and nothing else matters ! So they helped me, now I have to replace the windshield at my expense, trust Ford does not think to do anything about this.

Bought a ford focus- part ex amount of £200 not taken off- promised refund but none issued, only given one key, car stank of smoke and promised seat would be replaced and was not and we paid a re fuel charge to be told they hadn't even fuelled it for us!! Now I cant get in contact after phoning and sending emails and contacting head office. Would not recommend using this garage as I dont feel the service was good and they don't seem to care or are interested in resolving any issues.

After an hour of delay checks and my part exchange checks Ford Dagenham in Epsom finally offered a test drive, but car not starting so jump leads required, then "transmission malfunction " they said it had been checked out by ford, I think not!
