Very poor experience, unhelpful and not very knowledgeable salespeople

M.O.T on my car only done 17,000 they told me need new indicator Bulbs other have gon white should be orange dont think so £50.00 for Four new Bulbs fitted or it will fail M.O.T total rip off

Terrible experience. Bought a brand new car with over 120 miles on the clock. Lots of issues, salesman, manager and even regional manager not interested in rectification. Very poor overall at Polar Ford Wilsmslow.

I recently had a full service done with Poplar Ford in Wilmslow which cost me £600! Hence my suprise when I had my MoT done a few weeks later and was told that my NSR brake pipe is corroded and it will cost me additional £184! When I asked why it didnt come up during the full service I was promised by the customer team that they will ask and call me later which they never did. So, i followed it up and called & asked them a few days later and was told again, that they will find out and call me which never happened. Now I gave up and will never go there again as they totally lost my trust and their poor customer service.

seen a focus online with 45k,loved the car,pointed out the car had 48.5k got the answer 'well we're not regulated by autotrader'.not too impressed with that but went into the office to talk figures &the sales guy started really aggressive sales tactics-kept trying to sell us guaranteed asset protection insured- he kept asking and pushing this.After saying no about ten times i asked what other way he could understand no,wouldn't budge on price so we got out of there,sales manager tried to stop us leaving.we went back to the runcorn branch&bought there! avoid wilmslow!!!
