Alan was so attentive, he kept us up to date all the time and I'd give him 20 out 10! I've had no issues with the car at all, it's immaculate. Absolutely fantastic service - I'd happily recommend them to others. I'd give them 5 out of 5 and bonus points too!

The car needed some work done after purchase, so I took it back to TVB and they fixed it for me. Everything is perfect with the car now. I dealt with Alan who was very helpful, knew what I was looking for and how to get it, he was great.

Buying the car was fine, it's just the aftersales that hasn't been great. The car had a broken armrest and they were going to order it in but we agreed to take the car away and bring it back when the armrest arrived. I then didn't hear from them again so I had to chase for the armrest. They then booked the car into the garage to get the work done but it's in a different location and we weren't given the address so we weren't sure where to take the car at first. I'd give them 3 stars.

It was a good experience, the lads were spot on. Everything seems fine with the car so far touch wood. Alan who we dealt with is a top bloke - he bent over backwards for us and even delivered the car for us!

They were totally professional. The only downside is they sent the wrong user manual for the car and haven't sent the correct one yet. The car itself has been absolutely fine, a great purchase.

There's a couple of issues with the car currently but I will get in touch with TVB shortly about it. Mick was great - from the initial call to picking up the car it was lightening quick. I'd give them 5 stars.
