Mick was absolutely fine. The only thing that I had a qualm about was I waited for about 4 weeks till I could pick up the car. I found Mokka online and the main draw was the registration which had my family’s initials and birthday on it which was a good little omen!

The experience was fantastic and the Ford B-Max is fantastic.

I’m getting on great with the Fiesta. I do feel like the whole process to a bit too long as it took who weeks after we put the money down before the car was delivered, however this could be me being used to how dealerships work in the UK as I’ve been in the US for many years. I feel like it was a solid experience and we’re very happy with the car, which is the main thing. I would go back to them in the future.

My overall experience with Tyne was really good. It did take a bit longer for me to get the C4 Cactus because they were fixing a few things for me on it. Alan was always keeping me up to date, he just went above and beyond!

The Vauxhall Mokka is Beautiful, I’m absolutely loving every minute of it! My Partner bought a car from Tyne Vehicle Buyer, she also brought a Mokka from Alan, so when my car failed it MOT I went straight to him. He was fantastic with my partner, and he sold me my Mokka X the day I arrived there. I was looking for one with heated seats as im South African I suffer so badling in the cold here. I’ve referred Alan to my boss, she’s looking for a Juke or something similar. Alan does talk a hind leg of a donkey, he’s a phenomenal salesman. Id rate the whole experience 20/10 if i could,

I found the car online and the dealer picked us up from the train station which was handy. The deal was arranged over a couple of weeks. I think they need better communication in aftersales but I would recommend them to family and friends.

I was scanning through all adverts for the size and mileage of car I was pleased with. I've had a Mokka before and I was quite pleased with it so went to have a look at one at Tyne Vehicle Buyer, I found the site difficult to find but the staff were very helpful and courteous. Mick was grand, no complaints. Very satisfactory

My Kia’s fine. I got it as I wanted an automatic with a tow bar that was four wheel drive. Mike was a very pleasant man. They did what it says on the tin more or less. I gave four star as nobody gets 100% today. I would return if looking for something in the future.

I went to Tyne Vehicle Buyer as they had the car we were looking at. Alan was very good. He showed us round the car, pointed out some defects which was nice to know before buying it. I would consider going back.
