I was looking online and took a shine to the DS-3 from Tyne Vehicles. Had a few problems but they got sorted immediately the next day. I don’t really know that much about cars, but Alan was great in explaining everything.

price of the car was unmatched and Michael and mo were very helpful, kind and courteous when speaking and dealing with them.

I needed a car and so I saw the VW Golf Tyne Vehicle buyer had on offer and for the price I was getting it at, I can’t go wrong. Alan sorted everything out in the first call we had, within 10 minutes I made my decision.

It was a bit slow to collect the car in the first place from Tyne Vehicle buyer but since I got it, I’m more than happy with it. Mick there seemed trustworthy, I told him about all the issues, and I liked everything he said. I do think the communication could’ve been a little bit better.

My partner seen Tyne vehicles online and they were just really helpful on the day. Alan offered good service and answered to all our needs.

I’m happy with the Nissan. The lock on the glove box doesn’t work so I’ll need to replace it but everything is fine. Alan was very kind, he explained everything and made it easy for us to understand. Sometimes you go to different places and they don’t care about the customer so I will be going back to this dealership in the future, I can’t complain.

I’d just passed my test so the Audi is a nice little car to get used to. Since I’ve had the car it has had to go Tyne Vehicle Buyer a few times for some issues which have now been sorted. I would have given five stars if it weren’t for the issues I’ve had. The sales guys were pretty good and helpful in getting the car taxed and sorted as it was my first car.

I saw Tyne Vehicle Buyer on Autotrader and they had the specific car we were after at a good price. I bought the car around the New Year period but had to wait three weeks before we got it. The communication was poor, I was having to chase them all the time to get answers. I was waiting on a part to come but it didn’t so I bought it myself and fitted it. In the end they did a bit more than they said they would. They put new tires on the which I didn’t know it needed, they got the MOT done and got everything done.

Really happy with the Ford C-Max, its pristine, clean and immaculate. I’m super comfortable with it, I paid a bit extra to get the timing belt done, which took longer than I had hoped for so I had no car. Only thing I would say was I had to wait around to get the car so would have liked a more realistic timescale but despite that, the service was good and the guy I dealt with was nice too.
