Excellent service from Alan, highly recommend and will return in the future. He didn't give me any hard sell, it was my 1st purchasing a car on my own and he made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

5+ for Tyne Motor's, Alan and Mo give their "Everything" to the Customer Experience and after service sales contact is perfect! Alan certainly went above and beyond for me, as I live 550 miles away, he was my eyes for my car purchase, he was fantastic. I truly wish there was a second Branch of Tyne Motor's in Herne Bay, Kent for sure. They'd knock spots off the competition down here. Well done!

I went to Tyne Vehicle Buyer to have a look around and spotted the White Renault Captur. I already wanted a Renault, so I wanted this one as soon as i saw it. I was given all the information I needed, and all my questions were answered. I went on a test drive and decided to buy it. I am loving the car. I'd 100% use this dealership again, although I hope I don't need to for a while, as I love my Renault.

Alan was excellent, there was no pressure. He allowed me to go at my own pace. He had everything ready, which was great, and in regard to the Renault Captur I bought, this is the 2nd Captur I have had, so I am familiar with the car already and happy with the purchase.

I loved the service which was provided at Tyne Vehicle Buyer. The process was very quick, and the car has been okay since I bought it in September.
