I’d like to say a big thank you to Alan at Tyne Vehicle Buyer for making the purchase of my Nissan Juke such a great experience. I’ve felt pressured at other dealerships in the past, but this was the complete opposite. I visited with my sister and we were given plenty of time to look around the car at our own pace, but Alan was always available to answer any questions. He was absolutely brilliant so it's full marks from us.

I’m happy with the Nissan. The lock on the glove box doesn’t work so I’ll need to replace it but everything is fine. Alan was very kind, he explained everything and made it easy for us to understand. Sometimes you go to different places and they don’t care about the customer so I will be going back to this dealership in the future, I can’t complain.

I’d just passed my test so the Audi is a nice little car to get used to. Since I’ve had the car it has had to go Tyne Vehicle Buyer a few times for some issues which have now been sorted. I would have given five stars if it weren’t for the issues I’ve had. The sales guys were pretty good and helpful in getting the car taxed and sorted as it was my first car.

I saw Tyne Vehicle Buyer on Autotrader and they had the specific car we were after at a good price. I bought the car around the New Year period but had to wait three weeks before we got it. The communication was poor, I was having to chase them all the time to get answers. I was waiting on a part to come but it didn’t so I bought it myself and fitted it. In the end they did a bit more than they said they would. They put new tires on the which I didn’t know it needed, they got the MOT done and got everything done.

Really happy with the Ford C-Max, its pristine, clean and immaculate. I’m super comfortable with it, I paid a bit extra to get the timing belt done, which took longer than I had hoped for so I had no car. Only thing I would say was I had to wait around to get the car so would have liked a more realistic timescale but despite that, the service was good and the guy I dealt with was nice too.

The car is spot on. I only wanted a new car as the insurance was too high on my Jaq. I didn’t really want a Vauxhall but it was cheap to insure being a diesel. I wanted one with a black roof and was specific in that I wanted a diesel. I dealt with Alan, nice man. He did everything he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. He called me when the car was ready and it was, no messing about.

So far so good, my son likes the car. We made an appointment to see the Nissan Juke and someone was there already test driving it. Fortunately they didn’t buy, so we test drove and said we wanted it. The process was very straightforward. The salesman Alan kept in touch throughout the purchase which was good and always rang us back. If we want another car we would definitely go back as Alan was always available on the phone which made it easier. I would definitely recommend!

Feedback is good. My friends suggested I go to Tyne Vehicle Buyer because they are local to me, have good deals and positive reviews online. One problem I had was a delay in delivery but Alan was good. He was in regular contact with me and looked after everything.
