Overall pretty pleased at Urban Car Company where I got my Hyundai from. The car was clean, in good condition and well priced. I wasn't impressed however with the warranty, I had an issue with the car which it didn't cover, The dealership did give me £50 towards getting the issue fixed though. I would recommend!

The service at Urban company as a whole was good. I had a slight issue with the way the car had been advertised. it was advertised as one one which was true but it was used as a hire car so lots of people had used it, although after travelling 2 hours to see it I didn't want to go home without it. Other than that thought it was good.

Thanks for leaving a review. The first owner of the car was a lease company so would have been used by an employee as a compnay car. It was not a daily rental.
We purchased a car from these people and was very happy with the car and the service we received. We received a call from them shortly after taking our new car home about paying for some extended warranty which we took out. thought nothing of it and about a month later our new car started to go wrong. We finally got it to the garage and it was repaired. we got it home and contacted the warranty people and was told the bit that broke on our car wasn't included in the warranty. we were really annoyed by this, having just paid £150 for the repair which we thought we would get back. I decided to contact the car dealership where we bought the car from and they were so sympathetic with us and tried to help out. but unfortunately they couldn't. We received an email saying that they would be able to pay us for some of the repair. we were delighted. there is good people out there afterall thank you urban car company

I have just purchased a 2012 VW Tiguan from Urban Car Company. I live 300 miles away in west Wales so after seeing their Advert it took a few phones calls and texts Then photos being sent backwards and forwards before me willing to risk a long journey . price was also as agreed on my part exchange . When l arrived l need not have worried car was exactly as described and near perfect. My part exchange also agreed A perfect deal between us.
