The Audi Q3 is fine, there is a bit of loud noise from the brakes and the tires are a bit thin but the car has passed the AA Check, apart from these two issues the car is nice. The whole buying experience with V12 was easy, I traveled from surrey to Wolverhampton to buy the car. They bought the car home, and the team were really friendly.

The VW Tiguan is fabulous, it’s everything I wanted. It’s got a full-service history, low milage and one owner. I’ve bought 3 different cars recently from 3 different dealerships, my experience with V12 was good, I knew what I wanted and what extras I was expecting to buy. I was buying with cash and not finance, which I know is not the most popular. I was offered the paint pack and the tracking package that I was not interested in. There was a bit of issues with sorting the drive away insurance, which I had to sort out myself. I would have like to have been offered gap insurance as well as the option to have a dash camera installed, it will be something good to offer in the future. The Tiguan was very very clean inside and I’m absolutely delighted with it. I would go through the same process again to get the same end result.

We found v12 to be very efficient throughout the sale. We had an engine management light come on, the car been in the garage already with the issue, which was fixed, however it came back on. V12 has been helping us get the issue resolve with the warranty provider. The whole buying experience was really good, they salesperson and Simon were very knowledgeable, helpful and clear

The BMW 3 Series is fine, V12 has booked in it for some work. The staff weren’t very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and the milage was a bit off. The presentation of the showroom and the welcoming was good.

My experience with V12 in Wolverhampton was good. I’m getting along great with the BMW X1! The sales person I dealt with was really good but I don’t remember her name.

I’ve bought them before and it’s been a good experience both times. They have a good garage, and I’ve never had issues apart from the current bonnet catch issue I’m having.

I found my Mercedes A-CLASS through the V12 website and overall, the car is good. Some of the staff were brilliant however more communication would have been appreciated from others.
