I bought a car back in January from V12 Wolverhampton and upon the test drive a warning light came up on the dash, and we were generally happy with the car but said before purchase we want the light fixing. So the salesman said a) when he’d put the car back to park it was no longer there b) it would be looked at in the garage. Then the next day we went to pick it up it was confirmed the light was fixed and it would NOT come back on. Anyway , not even 5 minutes down the road the message came up paired with the engine light. So we went through the warranty company which is still an ongoing ordeal and two weeks of owning the car the clutch failed so now also going through the warranty through that. Just overall an extremely disappointing experience with no help from the garage themselves as they seem almost impossible to reach unless they need something from you. Will not be returning and not recommending to anyone, as had nothing but problems.

service has been both attentive and proactive, and I am very satisfied with the entire purchasing process. The only thing that caused my budget to go slightly over was the additional £179 I paid, as I already have an Apple Tag and tracking system. It seems that this fee is mandatory, but it is not a large amount, so it is acceptable. Going forward, I will also need to find another EV for my wife, and I will continue to keep an eye on the used cars listed on website.

I’ve only driven the range rover a few times since I got it from V12 however I’ve been very pleased with it. I really liked the service; the team was very hospitable. Overall, very pleased.

I quite liked the look of Mercedes benz from V12 sports and classics, so I brought it. It was a pretty straightforward experience overall and I was out with it straight away. I would have appreciated if the petrol tank was topped up on the day of purchase but apart from that, no issues. Easy experience!

I was using a Mercedes before which was quite expensive to run so I went with the BMW X2 from V12 Sports and classics. I found the alloys are a bit rusted, other than that, no issues, I am happy with it. The mileage impressed me considering the car is a 2021 plate.

Jessica, I dealt with was really nice, down to earth and wasn’t pushy with me. The Tesla model 3 is my first electric car so I’m still learning with it. So far, it’s been all good.

The Nissan so far has been fine. It was considerably cheaper compared to the other options I looked at and offered high mileage. I looked at V12 reviews in advance which seemed to be good. I do feel like the attention to detail could have been better regarding the battery not being charged and the payment process, without those issues it would have been a 5/5. In summary, I would use V12 sports and classics again.

I've been very pleased with the service received on the day I purchased the vehicle. Josh was a very pleasant and helpful person and gave a thorough explanation of everything involved in all aspects of the sale. Am really pleased with the vehicle itself and looking forward to much more driving.
