We recently bought a VW Golf for my daughter, from V12 and the car is fab! My Daughter is loving driving it and feel so reassured she is in a safe car to get about in. Whilst we were in the dealership Keiran was helping us and he was great, really helpful, informative and made the whole experience pain free.

When I bought my new Ford Focus from V12, I traveled a fair distance and im so glad that I did, Alex who helped me was great, he was very informative and didn't use any pushy sales tactics with me, which was very refreshing. Overall I cant complain about the service, but im not a person who gives 5 stars as I think anyone is faultless but they sure where close!

I was looking to buy a new car and I was having a look on the internet when I found one that I really liked advertised with Auto Trader with V12 Sports and Classics so I gave them a call to see if it was still available and to ask if I could come and take a look at it. When I got to their Hinckley Showroom I was introduced to one of their sales reps called Laura who was really welcoming, she let me have a good look around the car and answered any questions that I had along the way. I felt under no pressure to buy anything from her and she explained everything in non jargon for me so everything made perfect sense. I fell in love with the car from the second I saw it so my mind was made up to buy the car anyway without Laura having to do much work, she got all the paperwork done for me and all I had to do was put my signature to it, it was that simple. I was able to collect my car in a matter of days and i'm very happy with my Ford Kuga it is a spectacular car and it drives so well.

In November 2023 I bought my Mercedes C Class from the Witham Branch of V12 Sports and Classics. 1: - The customer service - Kieran Seago was the sales agent that looked after me and he was very patient in answering any questions I had, he was very knowledgeable and did not come across pushy in any way shape or form. 2: - The test Drive - They let me take the car for a long test drive to get a good feel for the performance and it's handling and it all went very smoothly. The car handled very well and was smooth on the road. 3: - The handover - The car was well presented on the handover and in pristine condition, they really did a great job of making sure it was nice and clean inside and outside and valeted to a high standard . 4: - Aftercare - The aftercare was brilliant - They followed up with me afterwards to check everything was okay with my car and the service I received off them. I rate these a solid 5 /5 it really was a outstanding service. Thank you indeed

It really was an impeccable service I received from Masir on my visit to buy my Audi off them. A salesperson's mood normally changes when you say you are only looking however Masir went out of his way to explain all the fine details. A massive asset to the business for sure and thank you for making it a smoother enjoyable journey for me.
