I have never dealt with a company who are so thorough in there approach and been so attentive to every last little issue prior to the sale.. The car was so scrutinized by the dealership itself and I was sent so many little bits to confirm prior to the purchase that it felt a little over the top, in hindsight, our business transports special needs kids to and from school so we need to ensure the cars are right and this felt so above and beyond to me. We had an after sales call a few weeks after purchasing just to ensure everything is going okay which again, was very impressive because I have never had this from another company. The car itself is off a very high quality and runs very well, it's supplementing the business already and the main driver is very happy with it. Top marks for V12 Sports And Classics!

I have been in the market for a replacement to my Saab 9-5, I went to V12 Sports And Classics as they had a Ford Mondeo which was the closest thing I could find as an equivalent replacement and the condition of the Mondeo seems really good. I don't have the highest expectations of used cars, I understand they take some wear and tear and there will likely need a few bits of TLC, the are a couple very minor things like a blocked vent which I'll give another week or so and if I think it needs sorting, I will claim through the warranty. Aside from the little bits, the customer service has been really good and the car is nice, I am enjoying driving it and it does feel very reminiscent of my old Saab 95. Very happy with V12 Sports And Classics and I will happily return in future if I need a replacement to this.

So far so good, the Jaguar XE is a really enjoyable car to drive, it looks great and with having an Audi A4 as well, it hasn't take me to long to get used to. The only real difference is this one is manual and my A4 is automatic which has been tricky but hasn't taken me too long at all. Very good company, customer service is great and I would use V12 Sports And Classics again in future.

I am very happy with V12 Sports and Classics, it was a rocky start as the first car I purchased blew up and at the time I was frustrated with how long it took to get a replacement.. With that in mind, I still wouldn't rate V12 any less than 4.5 Stars as they kept communication up throughout, The sorted me a replacement Ford Ranger and this one is perfect, no issues, no concerns, no mither what’s so ever. I have dealt with a number of people at V12 and the customer service has always been faultless. I bought the van to supplement my business but also as a family run around for the two kids. I work as a Landscaper so the truck helps me get tools of the trade to and from properties and site but is also ample for all the kids bits. Really happy in the end and would recommend the company.

My Mini Club is perfect, the car is running a dream. It's a little different than the cars I have had before, it's a lot smaller although, it doesn't actually feel much smaller to drive. It's still spacious and comfortable on the inside and the boot space is ample to fit in everything that I need to go in there. The customer service was really pleasant, I had seen the dealer on the AA website which is what added them to my short list, the positive reviews and having the car I wanted at a good price was the deciding factor which spurred me to make the long journey from Newport to make the deal. I feel it was well worth the Journey and I would happily travel the distance again to purchase my next car.

I haven't ever dealt with V12 Sports And Classics, having seen all the positive reviews and feedback and being in the market for a new motor, I decided to take a trip down and see what they had available, I settled on a really nice Audi Q3, this seemed like a good choice for me, the size and spec was exactly what I was looking for and the vehicle was in excellent condition in the forecourt. I used to drive similar cars before I came to the UK but haven't had anything like this since and it feels really nice to be back in a high quality, premium car. The service was exceptional, Donald looked after us well. Great all round dealership.

The wonderful gentleman called Jack at V12 Sports and Classics in Newcastle who supported me in buying my VW T-Cross was a breath of fresh air to deal with. I almost wish I could buy another car just to have the pleasure of dealing with him again. Jack demonstrated great customer service skills throughout the sales process and he is a massive credit to your company. Well done Jack keep up the great work, i'm really pleased with my VW T-Cross it is an excellent car and I'm really proud to be the owner of it.

Wayne was professional and courteous throughout and I was very impressed by his expertise, he is a great example of how a dealer should do business by being trustworthy and showing interest in what I was looking for and finding the right car for me rather than only been interested in the sale. My Range Rover is an excellent car and I love it to bits.

This is the third car that we have bought from V12 Sports and Classics in Hinckley. They have never failed to impress us and they always deliver a first class service. Harbinder who dealt with us this time had all the qualities of a very good sales executive, approachable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and competent in everything that he did. He took away all the stress from buying a car and made it a very easy and straightforward transaction. We cannot complain about a single thing that he did for us and we will continue using V12 Sports and Classics in Hinckley for all our future purchases. I went to the showroom at Hinckley to have a look to see what cars were there - Laura was very friendly and welcoming and allowed me to have a good look around - she didn't put any pressure on me at all and it was nothing like the classic car sales person! I took the BMW on a test drive and this was the main reason I bought the car and I'm delighted with it! I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to buy a car and I will use them again in future.
