I'm really happy the service proved with V12 in Stoke and James. I was after a Qashqai specifically and saw an advert online, and I reached out. The person I spoke with advised me of the different Nissan Qashqais, one in Worksop and one in Stoke. I went with the one in Stoke as it was a 2023 plate hybrid. If I were to point anything out that could be improved, it would be that the documentation process could have been simplified and shortened. Overall, I'm really happy and enjoying the car. I have recommended V12 to my friends due to the service I got.

I'm getting along really well with the car, it's so comfortable. Ammar and the rest of the staff were very polite and friendly when we went there, and the test drives went very well. The whole experience was very relaxing as no one was pushing you into any purchases.

I was looking for the Kuga Hybrid specifically online and found one listed online by V12 in Stoke. I went down to initially view the car on Sunday and came back to buy it on Wednesday. There was a bit of haggling going on regarding the price and the Ford I was trading in as well. In the end, I’m quite happy with how everything was dealt with by the salesperson at V12 in Stoke.

My Mercedes is really nice, its lovely. Muy family have all got cars from V12 so it seemed right to go there. Jack dealt with us. I did feel oversold on some stuff but overall I got exactly what I wanted so can't complain. I liked how quick and smooth the process was.

We are local and saw on line they had a 5 series we were interested in. I had an issue, took it to local garage and V12 paid but had to push it through. We are local and saw it online, they had a 5 series we were interested in. Staff were alright. The salesman was approachable, gave us time to look around and let us have a test drive. Lady in aftersales was really good helping us get the repair arrange and paid for. Not a bad experience at all, I would use them again.

Fine with the Discovery. We’d gone to the Wolverhampton branch but missed out then saw what we were looking for at the Stoke branch. We didn’t get what we wanted on one of the trade ins so just traded in one. Ammar was good. Staff were all polite and courteous.

I've purchased quite a few cars from V12 before. Mainly availability reasons, good selection of cars, pitched at right price. They don’t negotiate hence the score but If I ever need a car or any family member needs a car I’d go there.
