I have bought cars for the past 9 years from V12, I have been to 3 of the branches now, (Wolverhampton, Worksop. Stoke). And I will say although it Stoke is a little smaller and quieter they get the job done. I was very happy with the salesman and the manager they were gentleman to deal with. They looked after me and gave me a fair deal on my part exchanged vehicle. The car I did get hasn't let me down yet, I am very pleased with it. I would definitely give this branch a 5 out of 5 star rating. That dealership and this branch I can really vouch for.

My partner actually suggested I go to V12 as he did some research and thought they are a trusted large dealership. I purchased an Audi Q2 which I absolutely love, I did have a few things I needed to sort out after purchase such as replacing the tyres but it is expected with a second hand car sometimes. The staff at V12 were all brilliant, they all helped and provided a high level of service. The only downside is I had to wait for a while, it was a busy day and they did offer me a drink while waiting but that I would knock half a point off for. I would definitely use the dealership again. And found the overall experience to be really nice.

I dealt with Seyyed throughout the transaction, it was a same day purchase, I went in viewed and then paid and took it home. They were aware I was coming on the day so the car was ready and valeted for me. I actually came across the dealership while looking online, I found the pictures on the advert to be accurate, nothing felt hidden. I would give my experience a 4 star out of 5. This was due to me not having service history with the car, I wasn't made aware that the car didn't have any until after the sale which was frustrating. Apart from that though I was happy with everything else and I am pleased with the car.

Didn't have to wait long while at the dealership, arrived and within 10 minutes someone was with us to help. We were offered coffee while there, found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. My partner actually had been to V12 quite a few years ago and had no issues and with them being local it was the ideal place to go. Would recommend the dealership, have nothing to complain about car I got hadn't had one issue, happy customer!

Took the car home the same day, dealt with Sayyed he was efficient throughout. It was a long day I got to the dealership at around 10am and left more towards 4:30pm. I took the car for a test drive during the time, I wasn't rushed and was allowed to get a good feel for the vehicle. There was no pressure or pushiness on the sale. overall I'd give a 4/5.

Popped in with no appointment. Seyyed made sure I was looked after, answered all my questions and I drove a car off that day. Heard lots of people saying they’d bought previous cars here and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I bought a Seat Leon for my son, overall, we were happy with the car, but there were a few issues that, if they resolved or offered a solution to them, then it would have 5 full marks. So I would give it 4 out of 5.
