I’m really pleased with the Audi TT. I’ve always wanted a TT. I Can’t recommend V12 Sports and Classic enough it was brilliant.

On the day it was lovely. The staff were really friendly, there was no pressure at all, However, shortly after buying the car, it needed work doing due to an issue with the knock sensor. When that happened, I tried to get in touch, but it was hard to get hold of anyone. It felt like once I’d bought the car, nobody wanted to speak to me, which was frustrating. I did manage to claim the cost back through the warranty. If there hadn’t been an issue, I think I would have said they were amazing

I originally went up there just car hunting after spotting something else online, not necessarily to buy, but ended up coming away with the Ford Kuga. It was a bit of a head and heart decision in the end. They were very busy with people who had appointments, which I didn’t realise at first, but that was absolutely fine. Even so, they kept coming over to check if I was alright, offering keys and letting me look around at different cars. I didn’t go there intending to buy a car, but I bought one, so they must be doing something right.

I love the BMW IX3 it’s great. I went for it as it’s recommended for people my height and it had really good reviews. The main person I dealt with was efficient, helpful and friendly. He seemed genuine, upfront and honest about everything, and wasn’t pushy, which made it nice to deal with someone professional and business like rather than feeling like you were being squeezed for more. It did take a while to get all the paperwork done, but that’s not unusual. They also took my old car, which was a heap of rust, so I can’t complain really. I’d happily use them again.

This is my first electric car, and I found the Polestar advertised on Autotrader. I'm finding the change good. I’m using it more as a work car. It was good overall. Although the main issue for me was communication. I went to see the car a couple of weeks before buying it and found myself having to chase to get someone to call me back. Aside from that, everything was fine.

The whole process was brilliant, and I’m really, really happy and pleased with the vehicle. From the day I reserved the car to the day I brought it home, I was happy with the experience. It is quite far from my house, but I’ve already mentioned to colleagues that I travelled for it, and I’d still recommend them. I'd give full marks without a shadow of a doubt.

My partner already had a Mazda, and when my car died I was driving that, so it just felt right. I also wanted a nice looking car, which is why I went for it. At the dealership itself was alright, and everything went fine when buying the car. However, the aftercare hasn’t been great so far. I’ve been trying to get in contact about the tracking system and was supposed to get a callback but haven’t heard back. It’s been a bit difficult getting through. Other than that, the car is lovely, and I do want to keep it.

All good with the Tesla Model Y, the salesman was helpful, and everything whilst at V12 Sports and Classics was good.

I actually came across V12 Sports and Classics through a family member who recommended them. My experience there was really good buying the Nissan Qashqai. The person I dealt with was really good as well, even though I can’t remember his name now.
