Everything is all good with the Discovery I bought in September. The buying process was going very well until I was asked if I wanted to get AA cover for £150. When I said no, they then said the £150 would now be an admin fee, which ruined my experience. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 stars. I would still recommend them based on the service I received up until that moment and how good the car has been.

We travelled to the stoke branch to purchase a Volvo V90. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made the whole process really easy and simple. Since having the vehicle we haven't had any issues and have been really happy with it so far.

5, this is my 3rd car from v12, 2 from meir dealership and 1 from Newcastle under lyme depot, my last 2 car i have dealings with Jack who always acts with the customers best interests, I really don't think i could go anywhere for my cars, V12 Will always be my go to 1st car dealership

There was some initial miscommunication regarding how and when I would collect the vehicle. However Jack was very helpful and made sure everything was resolved and that i was happy. He is a great salesman and wanted to make sure as a customer I had a good experience, so a massive thank you to him.
