I found V12 quite receptive welcoming and the had very good customer service. Seyyed was very approachable, cool, helpful and gave me the information I needed. I was confident to buy from them as a work colleague recommended them to me and I got the piece of mind package.

I got a GWM, it's absolutely perfect, great car, really love it, no issues at all, everything good. Slight negative was they were pushing the extended warranty a little too hard but Seyyed really looked after us, no issues at all. Very professional, good guys, friendly and got a good car at a good price. It was busy at the time but everything was managed really well.

Quite like the Skoda. Few bits and pieces missing that I wasn’t made aware so I have replaced these myself. However, the dealership was friendly enough. On the day l had to wait for them to do a protective covering on the car. Some of the financial paperwork was text across so they need to do something more customer friendly. I keep getting oil service due message which is quite erratic. James and the manager were acceptable, no problems. They talked me through the car and we had a test drive. We took it away that afternoon. I would recommend them to others.

I had to sell my KIA EV6 as the price was without my budget range however the experience with the dealership was okay. Some parts of it did take longer than expected simply due to the confusion of the paperwork. Regarding that, the experience did go quite well.

BMW IX3 seemed to be the right car for me based on the range/features it offered. I feel like the quality of the car itself could’ve been better but managed to negotiate around this when it came to the collection. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful just there was room for improvement.

Polestar is great, it is really good, the car was smarter than most EV’s I found on the market. The car is easy to use, more then I would like to be if I was being honest. Additionally, Ammar I dealt with was alright and sorted everything out for me.

The Model Y is perfect, it was in good condition, and it was really competitively priced. There was a slight issue with the finance provider I was using and a admin fee that V12 wanted to add however they waved it in the end. The staff were really transparent about the condition of the car and everything else.

Happy with the car. I was looking for any electric car and V12 were cheaper and gave me a better trade in price. Jack helped me on the day and all the staff were helpful, good service.

Everything is going well, the Volvo is comfortable. I knew what I wanted and V12 had the specific one I was after. 10/10 for the staff, they were polite. James helped me with everything from finance to trade in to everything. I found them more trustworthy than others i've used previously, They didn’t try to push me into the car, they left me to it.
